Totally disagree Thoth . They are non exec so have no vote in day to day stuff. Therir cv have no indication of commercial m and a . These appointments point to a tick box exercise. They did not need to get people from a pharma back ground but they did which suggests again nothing deal wise on the horizon

If you can not negotiate and secure commercial then you should not be senior management . You can be the the cleverest person in the world but if you can not do a deal then your position in pharma is pointless. Sar can not do deals and that needs to change
