How the price keeps creeping up, in the face of all these "sells"

Probably not, but they do this all the time. Don't think it's just PANR, i've seen it happen on lots of stocks. It usually means something is going on in the background. In this case I suspect shorters stealthily covering their positions.

Yep, there was a 100k buy at 22p on the closing bell last Friday, another 100k at 22p earlier this morning, and now a 250k buy again at 22p. Someone's going large. And they don't want to pay more than 22p. Wonder how many they're hoping at get at that price? It might look like the trade of the year soon.

Agreed Westie. There are a number of fronts that could produce good news. Any one of them would be great.

I agree daft. The ones who wanted to farm in to SD and were rebuffed will still be watching. When they think sufficient is proved, they may well pounce.

I've got a pretty large bet on, for me. Having traded it a bit my average is 18.5p, and I haven't quite got 100k shares. Any good news at all should see this head back towards 40p, as it's pretty bombed out at the moment. On the downside, they do seem to have a track record of fecking up everything they touch. So they need to get something right to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

Yes, I saw what was happening to Sound. Very sad. Haven't been invesed there myself since JP started going n about golden tickets. Having been badly mauled by the Xcite debacle, I would never want to stay invested when Directors start selling. Don't want to say that on their BB though, I'd get my head chewed off. Back to SDX, it's strangely quiet, given what a great few weeks we've had. Does anyone think the Kelvin spud might be a catalyst for another leg up? It's a potential biggie after all.

What's with these big trades of 100k and 150k. All at 65.36. Are they buys?

Tweedlehappy partly covered this in his point 9, but add on, confirmation of contracts signed in Morocco, with details of daily volumes being sold over the next five years, and the price paid per unit. I really think people are going to sit up and take notice when they see our forthcoming income stream. Which, if all goes well, will be growing yoy, as they find and sell,even more Moroccan has.

Canada holding up well at over 65p. Happy to consolidate at that.

Bots shutting the shorts at preferential rates

Bound to consolidate a bit after the great run the last fortnight. I expect we'll start moving again soon with Kelvin on the cards. I see good old EasyBrent is trying to bash SDX on twitter. Must be a buy signal.

If they report that the expert wirelog analyst confirms hydrocarbons, or even better that after thawing the drill with the heaters and doing some mucking about, they are recovering hydrocarbons to the surface from VOBM5, that alone will be enough to prompt a rerate. The fear is that like Desire years ago, they thought they had hydrocarbons, but only had water. It seems to me that that scenario is priced in. If its just a technical engineering issue though to get the hydrocarbons out, that makes the drill a success. But even if its just water, PANR have other assets. It will just take longer for value to out.

I'm grateful to Cantor's for giving me something to whinge about. I was starting to get worried there wouldn't be anything after all the drilling success and now the rerate. Bloody clueless brokers, lol

Good old SDX, their incredible run with the drill bit continues.

TSX has been chafing at the bit trying to lead this higher for a while now, but having to converge back to us with the continuous selling. It just goes to show how much of a flipping drag that was having on the sp. crazy when you think about it. Must say, the speed of this rerate has caught me by surprise. i'm letting it run, and thanking feck I bought back in when I sold some of my holding the other day. Just wish I'd reinvested the profit.
