I've been heavily invested in SDX for quite some time now, and to be honest I've got a pretty ****poor return on my investment. But... I think there is a distnct possibility that we will eventually rerate, like GENL, PMO, FPM, etc have already done. If we double production by year end, I just don't see how the market can keep ignoring the income generation.

FWIW if Tencent wait another five weeks the 52 week high will be around 4. They may swoop then. It would be the smart business move.

UKOG now has a bigger market cap than SDX. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. Interesting large trade just after midday. Amazed it didn't shift the price.

I would imagine that it has increased margins, but presumably also the price of feedstock, so it's difficult to know what the impact is. Our sp has been declining right through the oil price rally if the last two years though, which seems counter-intuitive. A bit of clarity in the AGM statement would have been helpful, they were more open last year. The tech is good, but they don't seem to be able to monetise it in a meaningful way.

I miss Eddie. And his optimistic outlook.

Wow. LSE is showing TGL as up over 46,000% (yes 46 thousand) today. Wish I'd put a tenner on yesterday.

Must admit, this would test the patience of a saint. But news will come when it comes. I hardly think they're trying to get the negotiations to conclude and be announced at the same time as the AGM, it just doesn't work like that. An update on state of play would be very welcome though.

They included the following in the Annual Report: "Post period-end highlights and current trading
• Feedstock constraints in the US and Australia impacted sales volumes and revenues in Q1 2018; however demand for products remained strong and margins continue to improve
• Recently all six processing “trains” in Canton have been operating – the first time, save for a few days in January, since August 2017 – due to improved feedstock supply driving utilisation"

Therefore I expect a further update at the AGM. If the six processing trains in Canton have kept operating continuously (barring necessary shut-ins), then that will be very good news in itself, even without a feedstock contract win, as it will show they can at least get sufficient input volume. I very much doubt they will be timing a contract annoncement to coincide with the AGM. If it comes, it will be announced when it happens.

Since last Friday. And SP on a definite upward trend. Grinding up slowly, hoping for some euphoric rises when they announce a contract closing.

Mike Staten, who has just upped his stake to 11%, is head of trading at Darwin. And some senior Darwin bod is the ALGW NED. Don't know who'se selling, but Darwin are currently building a big holding here. That's not to say they aren't trading in and out to try and manage the price a bit.

Am I reading that right? He's got almost 11% of the company? Jeez. We don't even need a big contract. Any contract will validate the business proposition. They can build up over time.

It's true what you say TO, but the blended fuel can't be used as transformer oil, so the key comparison is whether HYR can produce transformer oil at a competitive price. And if it is marginal, will the carbon credits be enough to tip the balance? As well as the opportunity for some of the consuming companies to burnish their environmental credentials? That sort of consideration does carry an economic benefit for marketing.

I used to read ************* sometimes. Even though the site was rubbish and hard to use. But pay money? For that? Hahahaha

More demand from elsewhere, particularly Mexico: "but also specifically in the US driven by robust demand for used transformer oil for fuels blending particularly in Mexico." Their USP is having the carbon credits to build into a supply deal I think. I agree though, if the price of feedstock has gone up, they're just going to have to suck it down. Given the improved margins, it makes sense pay up to try and operate at full capacity. It brings down the fixed cost element of each unit produced - basic management accounting.

The bonds were converted into new shares, the final tranche of which were admitted for trading today. Around 15.5m. Looks like the market has absorbed them. So the flood of cheap shares is now more or less exhausted. If the buying volume continues, the price will go up. I'm hoping we're at 2p bu the end of the week.
