Bought a few more, as the tide seems to have turned. Hard to buy, had to go Nt even for a handful, they won't take quote and deal. Still insanely cheap.

We've had a great run from £1.62 on 1 Jan (and better from the bottom of the mini market crash in December) and we're now in the process of appraising Verbier. It's my guess that 70 days til mid Q2 is sufficient for the main drill, the sudetrack, and incorporating all the data they produce with the new final 3d seismic to build a robust basin model with much more accurate volumes of oil in place. Happy days. Just a shame it always seems to bring the loons onto the BBs.

Perhaps throwingmuses could let us know his/her target price, and when they get back in. We're all in need of a trading guru to hold our hands through the dark forest of AIM.

I very much hope we get news on this, and the suspension lifted, this week.

I think they've said 30-40 days for the drill at Verbier, although the West Phoenix cracked through bigfoot and pip at a hell of a pace. And I think too Equinor have the Phoenix booked until the end of April, so fingers crossed they should have time for the optional side-track too.

So you didn't post because you had no intention of selling, but now you have sold, you can't stop posting? Sounds like seller's regret, and fomo to me. But really, I preferred the old throwing, who never felt the need to post here.

Trolls turning up with their deramping rubbish trying to get a better entry price. Really guys, all you had to do was buy in a few weeks ago. You've missed the boat for a cheap entry, the Phoenix has landed, spud is imminent. But you can still do really well by just buying in at the current price, plenty of upside. But please, can the city financial tosh, it's old.

Does anyone know what the price of a pint is in Balls Brothers Mayfair? Just wondering how my of my rather modest holding I'd have to liquidate, to go liquid, as it were.

Marine Traffic shows that West Phoenix is scheduled to reach it's destination tomorrow. I appreciate that it won't start drilling immediately, but we could get an RNS Monday morning, saying its at Verbier, and preparing to spud.

As far as City Financial goes, I agree with Boblondon. Who cares? This is about to really get going.

I can understand why throwingmuses might have sold out on the news, hoping to get back in cheaper. I took the view that it wasn't worth the risk. So, good luck on your call throwing, but right now, on the brink, you are gambling. But goung round BBs trying to sow panic to help you get back in? That's low, man, and this board has been better than that for a long time. Bar a bit of bickering through the long wait, but that's all in the past now.

The buy and sell volume on here shows a total of 7.87m shares traded. But on uk.investing the volume traded shows as just shy of 12m. I guess the difference is sells in the background. But, much bigger volume than yesterday, which was around 5m. Obviously have no idea how many more the seller might have, or if they're done now, but there is clearly a strong appetite for the shares.

Latino is right, and this seems to be becoming more common, IIs just dumping for whatever they can get. Like MTFB a couple of weeks ago, which plunged over 85%. The price usually settles well above the bottom, although well below what it was. So I'll stick my neck out and predict that this will settle around 55-60p ish. Probably next week some time.

The seller is off loading cautiously. They didn't panic sell first thing and totally crater the price. So they will determine where the bottom is. Although I suspect some day traders have been cutting their losses and moving on.

Given that there appear to be hugely more buys than sells, I'm assuming there's a big order being worked in the background. It must be an ii selling out, as all the buys are not shifting the price. Once it's done, we'll see where we get to.

I'm in too. Was hard to buy, had to go NT, and it hung for ages while the price moved up. When I cancelled it, it suddenly executed, lol. Anyway, the drop looks overdone. The RNS wasn't bad enough to justify that.

I can't honestly remember everyone wanting a piece of the action when SDX were reporting successful wells in Morocco. Or anyone, actually. I was puzzled then. But not as much as I am now.

It's a lie to say Afferro was sold to IMIC for $200m, as IMIC still haven't paid for it years down the line. Don't trust this guy, hepis track record is of selling the assets out from under you. He'll do well, and you will get zilch.
