sgreen - no problems with auditors, spending cash or governance (providing you know you can meet the engineering milestones) - and yes accountancy was my life - sad I know...
Just a thought - in the strange world of accountancy, revenue recognition and cash received are two completely different concepts, so it's not impossible that we could be receiving cash from contracts ahead of its recognition in revenue. There are lots of comments around about 'meeting engineering milestones', which would be the trigger for the revenue recognition, but not necessarily the cashflow. The BoD's statement on flatlining revenue this year doesn't necessarily equate to a need to raise funds.
If news doesn't shift the share price, then it's not price sensitive information = no need for BoD to issue RNS.
Nothing shifts this share price, therefore no RNS's . QED.
Tongue firmly in cheek.
My buy is showing as a sell too... I'm going to miss this board, but probably not for another year!
I read that as 1 contract awarded in both cases - with technical qualification (which was the other Q3) increasing from 1 to 6. Anybody know for sure?
Is that not a 3rd camera tucked above the steering wheel on the right or are my eyes deceiving me.
Another small piece of the jigsaw - the 'academic collaborators' identified in the Toyota link

include 2 out of 3 unis that work with Systems Technologies Inc, who in turn show Seeing Machines as a 'small business partner'
There is a very busy board on here under SEE that you might like to look at!
Poker isn't only about the percentages - it's also about the mindset of the key players. At what point I wonder would the holder of 12.2m shares, who has been involved since 2011 and watched it grow, be prepared to even sit at the table to start to play. Yes I know it's not about one man, but he will still be influential and if he is thinks there is more to come then so will others. That makes north of £1 the starting point for the rest of us I feel.
It's time this forum became active! While automotive is where the big demand for storage will come from, this looks like a company that is well ahead in it's own niche.

'On another note with DMS and Battery being brought into the mainstream we should be looking for companies in the market that will be building the charging stations and supplying the batteries.
This is about to explode so anyone know any companies out there ready to make money out of the revolution on these elements?'
I've been thinking the same for a while and looking at the sector from different angles. I'm watching: redT Energy, The Renewables Infrastructure Group, Nemaska Lithium Inc., Clever (Danish co.) and Albermarle - stress watching!
Bosch would fit with the 'Systems Technology' family of collaborators ... as does Ford...

Good find broadsideboy... Not only does it link Toyota and BAE Systems - right at the bottom of their list of collaborators is 'Seeing Machines'. Honda and Nissan on their list too... Think Systems Tech might be worth a closer look.
I've been watching this board for a while but now that I've retired I thought it was time I contributed. I'll be keeping a particular eye on news from BAE Systems who I know are co-operating with both RAAF and Toyota in different areas. A SEE link with them would lift my spirits.
Thanks to all the posters on here for helping me see things from all perspectives last year! Keep smiling.
