'In the former cargo port of Kalasatama on the outskirts of Helsinki, a 31-year mega project is under way to build a model green urban district. It should eventually be home to 30,000 people, of whom around 9000 have already moved in. The neighbourhood is billed by city authorities as a test bed for new ideas that might be rolled out to the rest of the capital. Last year saw a driverless bus pilot project and robots delivering food to older residents'.

From the price predictions I've seen, even the so-called derampers are expecting a 50% increase in the SP this year - more than enough reason to stay invested. There are still risks attached (it's AIM!) and I for one am quite happy to be reminded of them just as often as I hear the good things that take the SP nowhere. I suspect our disagreements are only really about timing - some of us thought that this would take-off five years ago - some are expecting five more. Stay patient and polite people.

15p spike 18.5p, unless there is a share consolidation in which case we might come close to my green blob's annual estimate.
I'll buy into SEE strategy - quiet growth in SP until we corner the market - and an explosion next. 50% increase will do for 2022.

The only thing that gives me any hope for this share is that the naysayers still feel there is a point to trying to keep the share price down... why are they still here? - it's been trashed, leave it alone.

As a PI that didn't get out in time from that one (!), it's a particularly strong reminder never to become to attached to an AIM share. However good the idea looks, there can still be things going wrong behind the scenes. Stay alert to the downside too terrific SEE posters...

OF - 13p is the point that the company MV goes over £500m which is allegedly enough for the bigger II's to take an interest. If that's true, I'm expecting a quick spike at that point - good luck with your timing.

My take on the delay would be that it's down to the additional scrutiny that auditors are being subject to - every i and t has to be dotted and crossed before they sign off anything and they are taking every extra bit of time they can find!

S2020 - you're not in a good position to lecture anyone on this board on timescales for achieving targets - yours have been proven to be 'wishful thinking*' for a number of years. Thank you for giving an alternative explanation to everyone on here why Cenkos don't change their target every time there is news (as some would seem to expect) - they could of course just be more realistic than some. * I'm being kind.

No guarantee that a revised Cenkos target will move the SP though - if there was we'd be at 16p now!

S2020 has posted 96 times this weekend (might be more - I lost count), including one to accuse HAGD (who has posted twice) of being a deramper. Great effort S. Pleased to see that this share is the one that you are going to make your millions out of.
Just a stray thought though - even hitting Cenkos's target means a 60% increase in SP and that's after the Shell RNS.

Interesting that they have Toyota and VW as competitors, but encouraging that they see SEE outperforming the market.
