Completely agree SuJ - especially if the DOW fall is down to the bursting of the perceived 'Tech-bubble'. Otherwise it's just about news and individual views of how long it will take to come.

Remind me - what year are we in? Don't have a pop at me S2020 when you are rehashing your old posts - I quote 'I have a list of expected news some of which are recycled from 2018, or 2019', No news stories are OK for balance then, but bad news isn't?

Thanks S2020 for repeating your list of things that haven't happened yet - some of which, like the Toyota RNS, we've been looking forward to for years now. Like the vast majority on this board, I want this to take off and am still holding expecting it too, but all LTH will be quite aware that the share price has a nasty habit of going down as often as up. So just to balance it up a bit, a couple of things that we have had as a reminder that not all news is good news:
1) An imminent aviation deal
2) TFD
3) A 3p placing
Hopefully that is all behind us - GLA for 2021

It's another odd one - showing bid at 6.7 ask at 6.8 and share price at 7?

Having worked my way through the admission document, the most interesting thing for me is that the word 'Theatre' does not appear once - not even in the forward looking statements. My reading of that would be that it is intended that it be kept separate...? GLA

Have I missed the publication of the Admission Document? It was originally envisaged for 'on or around the 30 October' in the Placing RNS, but amended to 'end of November 2020' in the Merger announcement RNS and it's making me nervous! A re-read of the two RNS's shows that completion of merger is conditional on 'i) shareholder approval ...' to 'ii) ... before 30 December 2020'. 'If either of these conditions are not fulfilled the deposit of $12,000,000 will be paid to Napster....' [Placing RNS]. 'The Acquisition is subject to approval by Melody VR's shareholders at a General Meeting' [Merger RNS]. Given that this should involve notice periods time looks desperately tight, especially as my understanding is that the notice period is 21 days for listed companies. Can someone help me out here - or do we think that someone has dropped the ball?

I think I would be surprised to see this come back (or hang around for long!) at much less than the John Gore option price of 18p. This will be a huge step forward when it completes (this/next week) and when it's followed by the announcement of the Christmas Day and New Year's Eve offerings... well ... here's hoping. GLA

It appears UK MP's are to investigate whether artists are paid fairly by the likes of Apple and Spotify for streaming - supports the idea that we are about to see a shake-up of the music industry and MVR are quite well placed to assist!

I had been wondering why John Gore's option price was relatively high. Depending on how long the Napster deal has been in the pipeline, this might be the reason - in which case roll on December.

Can't see why the BoD would have bothered changing the name from EVRH to Melody if they were going to make Napster the main brand... Melody sounds better to me
