I agree and that’s my point. No doubt they are there for something more significant than just the L. Agm and so the timing of the release of price sensitive info may be v important. The updates are scheduled for q4 as you know so Due anytime anyway and so makes perfect sense for release on or about the same day IF what we suspect is fact.

Afternoon Mads,

It does indeed and so I, like you, am indeed watching this space. I think there is a fair old chance of an RNS either on Wednesday the 11th or Thursday the 12th (Agm date) giving the market details of the updated NI 43-101, details of recent soil sampling and other results (are we awaiting further assays which will not form part of the new resource estimate) , and finally the upgraded PEA detailing (I presume) the extended or newly extended case?? Note that Toronto is 5 hours behind us so a 7 o’clocker would hit us at around noon.

That is much nearer my understanding. The company is an exploration and asset development company and not a miner. The fact that NC are interested in the whole of Hav should come as no surprise to anyone as monetisation through sale/ partial sale and /or JV is the main thrust of the company’s strategic plans.

My take is that GH intends building this company to the level stated through the continued acquisition and developments of projects to the benefit of this and other companies predominantly mining majors. This is why I have always understood we would remain independent.

I was initially reassured (but not surprised) to hear today that a hostile t/o was very unlikely in this day and age and that a friendly move was unlikely due to GH’s stated ambitions.

I really hope Ggp continues as an independent concern.
