Personally I don't think this is ever going anywhere near 50p per share due to the rate of dilution and that this target was dropped in to the RNS to bait investors rather than as a realistic target. They might get there if they consolidate the shares but I don't think that counts.

Placings aren't for tanking your stock. A 1p issue would be very bad, although I don't doubt that some people round here would find an excuse to celebrate it.

Issuing more shares wont cause a raise in the SP. It will have the opposite effect. Having said that I'm also not convinced that anyone here knows how much cash they have. If they have got the cash, choosing to be taken to court twice over an unpaid bill is certainly an interesting choice.

The plus side to all of this, when that fateful day finally arrives I think I will slip comfortably through the eye of the needle.

They clearly don't have any cash or they would have paid these guys off by now. Not even via one of Daltry's envelopes. They just owe the money fair and square.

I love a bit of confirmation bias and it is interesting to see that the article you posted also highlights the disparity between the actual newsflow and the direction of the share price. I think TheLord1 has the most likely explanation for this which he has already covered in detail. I think you got a good price but I will qualify that with the usual disclaimer that I could be completely wrong.

@daltry I get the skepticism and am aware of the bias, however I also note that the recent news for CTL has been moderately positive and yet somehow it is worth less than it was before. I'm not going to put a number on it but I do think that it is undervalued.

At least there is a clear attempt here to market themselves. That's what really needs to happen now because at the moment despite my cynicism, we are somewhat undervalued at the moment in my opinion.

@Twistor It was just a reference to the big news that is always two weeks away. It's a recurring theme. Not to say that I'm as jaded as some of the people here. It's just an observation.
