I do think that a lot of what we call bad management is actually waiting around for a slow government. We could do with an update on what they are doing with all this time though.

Daltry, the staff of CTL are not 'twiddling their thumbs all day'. Why would they be doing that when there is champagne to quaff, succulent meats to feast on and humidors full of the finest that Cuba has to offer. I assume the latest raise has been put to good use!

Frustration with the overall situation is very understandable but this particular delay is not their fault. I think it's fair to say that the government has not been easy to work with. Not corrupt necessarily but just very bureaucratic and inefficient. I will give CTL a pass for this one as long as they are using the time wisely to get other balls rolling and not just sitting around spending all of our money on cigars and champagne.

You're paying more money to own the same percentage of the company than you had before. Your individual shares are worth less. There's no getting around this.

That's not really avoiding dilution though is it. That's just buying more shares. The shares you had are still diluted.

Personally I don't think this is ever going anywhere near 50p per share due to the rate of dilution and that this target was dropped in to the RNS to bait investors rather than as a realistic target. They might get there if they consolidate the shares but I don't think that counts.

Placings aren't for tanking your stock. A 1p issue would be very bad, although I don't doubt that some people round here would find an excuse to celebrate it.

Issuing more shares wont cause a raise in the SP. It will have the opposite effect. Having said that I'm also not convinced that anyone here knows how much cash they have. If they have got the cash, choosing to be taken to court twice over an unpaid bill is certainly an interesting choice.

The plus side to all of this, when that fateful day finally arrives I think I will slip comfortably through the eye of the needle.
