RNS can be and has to be released WITHOUT DELAY rule 11 of AIM however it's AIM

There is no time frame set so a company can get FDA approval and say they then typed up RNS got it signed off etc and released it first thing in the morning they did this without delay.

Basically they can release it when they want hence why this particular company chooses to always release at 07:00
Some companies release as soon as they get news but based on historic releases SNG release at 07:00
