Q- In the Webinar you mentioned that neutral pH was preferred over low pH, presumably this is because low pH solutions can induce irritation and cough (for example in the citric acid induced cough model). Does formulating with a Neutral pH adversely affect stability compared to products formulated with a low pH?
A- Our drug product has a shelf-life of 36 months at 2-8 °C.
Q-Are you still planning for Rentschler to supply the AS and formulated product (RNS Sept 2007), or are you planning to use additional suppliers?
