Silence is deafening……All the impetus and enthusiasm gained from last week starting to fade in relation to the SP…Can’t understand why Savannah have not given an update on status of easement ,unless PG have told them any comment's from you and it will affect our decision process and time scale of ultimate decision….

Savannah possibly need to review their"softly,softly,lets not upset anybody approach",which they appear to have adopted throughout this whole process..We are at the sharp end now and if this proposal is to be taken seriously and in the interests of all concerned,then they need to be making so.e demands of their own a d get some commitment on timelines etc..

This easement aporoval does not appear to be the"straightforward approval" that everybody is /has been expecting...Grants/loans being offered before all the basics have been dealt with, would appear to be slightly disorganised by the Portugese government..As previously said "not very joined up"!Obviously with all the arguments for and why,with all the politcal/financial reasons why this proposed project needs to be advanced,it does however make you think its not very well organised..The clock is ticking now against Sav for them to get everything in place (DFS),before the deadline for approval on the grant,but as yet they have not been given all "the pieces" to play with....

I think everybody is getting a little bit ahead of themselves talking about Saudi's and outsider's..Without the easement,whenever, this is stalling and wasting time....

Does anybody have any ideas/theories on what elements are still an "issue"for Portugese Government in not approving next stage ,despite approving a grant to enable progress...As said previously it does not appear that all gov departments are in tune with each other..

All good, but basically at this stage the Gov seem to be saying.."You can have the money,but we are yet to decide if you can carry on to the next stage"(i.e easements)...Not very joined up.....

I have just had a tip off that during a high level meeting with the relevant Portugese government heads and decision makers reviewing the Savannah Resources proposed project,the out come was being based on rock,paper scissors,best of 3....😊😊😊Have a good weekend to all lth...

I suppose the point I am trying to make is that on the face of it all of this appears to be a classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing or even thinking for that matter..Same hym sheet maybe ,but different words...Meanwhile SP treading water...

I am confused and would appreciate some enlightenment....How can one government/state department say to SAV we are prepared to offer you a very large sum of money that will enable you to get this proposed project up and running..It is not reimbursable,but we have done all of our research and we think it is a viable proposition,so subject to you agreeing terms and certain compliances ,you can have the money,with our best wishes.Its yours......But the only thing is that our "government/ state colleagues down the hall in the next office, are still considering wether to pass /agree the 2nd easement that you need in order for you to apply for our money that we are prepared to give you,because we believe....We dont see them much,but if I see anybody I will ask on your behalf and see if I can hurry them up a bit for you...Please supply your bank details...Regards
