Does it not essentially say there that on admission to a market the Loan can be converted to Ordinary Shares, otherwise we accrue 5% interest per annum and therefore Secured Creditors/Preferential Creditors we will be first charge if the business was to fail. Either way we will/do own part of the business.

Further to this as the amount of business with Quanta increases, so do our revenues and therefore it is in our interest for Quanta to do well in Netherlands. In this instance we do not see a direct return from the Netherlands Quanta launch, but we see an indirect return on Quanta doing well in Netherlands. I believe Citi has drawn attention to this RNS previously.

The money was loaned with the option of convertible loan notes at MOS's discretion I believe and therefore I have said we own part of the company as if the money remains unpaid, that will be the outcome.

Let's not also forget that we now own a small portion of Quanta and will share in any profit, therefore it is in our interest for Quanta to do well. Also, as we have cash in bank, particularly based on all current outstanding warrants being exercised, the opportunity may arise to take a further, larger stake in Quanta ...

MOS have already indicated previously that they could well be cash flow positive by the end of 2021. If we also have cash sat in the bank not working for us then surely the prudent thing for the business to do is to put the money to work and what better way to do that than extending our stake in Quanta.

I'm simply looking to put the pieces of the jigsaw together here and it looks extremely promising.

Apologies, let me just expand on this.

It is no accident that the uptake in current markets has been so good. The MOS team specialise in Marketing. It is the marketing area that provides us with a competitive advantage. We know how to do this as a best in class service as the board has previously drawn attention too.
Without this, we end up paying for marketing etc ... when we currently hold this as an in house service. Not just that, but for instance the different market entries that we have going on within our iGaming portfolio have happened for a reason. Market research would have been completed probably using the back end of the SaaS product and therefore makes it invaluable to us. We have a lot of the ingredients here for a great business. The remaining pieces are being added as we speak.
Given that we have cash in bank(before and even more after warrants) we have no requirement to sell this area of the business, particularly due to my above comments. The value for the iGaming part of the business will be driven and directed by the back end of the SaaS area and is worth more to us in house, I hope this all makes sense. We should grow both areas.

Absolutely not, it is the SaaS platform that provides us with the competitive advantage in delivering the iGaming product and is the reason there is such synergy between ourselves and Quanta. Our product delivery is dependent on the SaaS platform.

If people don't buy in after that podcast well that's on them, they only have themselves to blame when they miss out on this growth story.

If you are already in here, sit tight, it wont always be a smooth ride, but you don't fly on a plane for comfort, you fly a plane to get to a destination and after a Podcast like that, I feel the destination has become that much clearer if not closer.

Spot on. Affiliate revenue from Brazil could be huge. Not to forget some affiliate revenues allow for a percentage of what the user transacts. Which could quite easily result in ongoing revenue anyway as well as a one off revenue payment.

Something else that also caught my eye was the fact that everything will be going into a GBP account from Brazil. This cannot be overlooked. Another master stroke from the MOS team learning from previous territories and applying the learned knowledge to new territories.

The company did say they would be trying something a bit different in Argentina ... all about trial and error at the minute I think. Unfortunately we are not 'at the coal face' so to speak and therefore cannot see the pro's and con's for their full value.

I have taken this directly from the Argentina launch RNS though.

"Income is generated for MOS through a mixture of affiliate revenue share with Quanta and subscription payments via the current MOS billing contract with Movistar."

So we should, as we have previously, trust in the managements decision making and trust that they have made the right call.

I just wanted to put a figure around this, that equals an extra $150k revenue per annum for every 2 weeks that this growth rate is sustained.

$4.68m in revenue per annum at 90k subscribers. But I think everyone needs to remember that this is just one territory. The plan is to expand into many many more, some of which dwarf Mexico in size.

This is assuming that the profit margin is based on a percentage rather than a target value from each contract which I would assume is the case, yes. Great point. After fixed cost deduction the Operating profits will be larger.

By my prediction, the total users between Mexico and Argentina should be around 11,000 based on current growth rates.
Argentina is a much smaller population and therefore I think people need to adjust their forecasts accordingly.
My eyes are peeled for the next territory though, I'm hoping for Brazil, larger population than Mexico.

Nothing further to say really, aside from this share is undervalued.

Looks to me like a bear trap on the Daily chart, so would expect this to move up from here, foundation was set yesterday at 240. :)

It's fine to question this, nothing wrong with seeking a bit of clarity.

My understanding is that the Nederlands deal is on a 50/50 basis, where we will receive half of the affiliate revenue from the websites. Would be great if people could further clarify this.

So the business is as of 8:00am this morning only valued on the current Mexico figures, forget the Argentina launch, Nederlands launch, the legacy business and SaaS platform ... I feel like we're in for a serious re-rate here.

I feel like the sell on news mantra has been ongoing all day and potentially we have just turned over most of the sells for the day.

Average contract length of 30.3 months contract up from a 24 month contract a year ago.
