I'm sure whatever content that is to be delivered will be tailored specifically for that market and the research will have led the decision making around this. The BOD have data from this region already which puts them in a strong position when it comes to creating an app aligned with the clients they are looking to target.

The board have taken their time on this launch monitoring previous launches and I'm sure trawling over the data. I have trusted in them previously to deliver and I will trust in them again as they have given me no reason to distrust them.

I also just want to make the point that in AIM stocks it should not be underestimated the value added by trustworthy BOD's.

I just thought it may be worth drawing your attention to the similarities between the revenue model that was employed in Mexico to that of India.

- Mexico is a subscriber based revenue model as is India
- Mexico's population is around 1/10 that of India's.
- Mexico's users tend to log on via computers rather than their phones for a more immersive experience, even though they are billed through their telco contract.
- Mexico exceeded initial growth forecasts by just over 250% and BOD had to revise their predictions.
- Mexico hit 10,000 subscribers within 2.5 months a full 6 months ahead of schedule.
- Telcel have around 78m users in Mexico as of 2020 data, with Vodafone and Jio combined we will have an audience of 700m in India.
- SP spiked to .72 on Mexico alone without Argentina, Brazil or India.

City, this person has no idea! Probably hasn’t even looked at the financials! Burn rate of £1m per annum, increasing revenue, 50% margin on Sales over last annualised period(including flushing out legacy business), doubled revenue on one deal. Revenue streams now at around $200k p/m giving annualised revenue of $2.4m, cash at bank £1.4m at last count, warrants for £100’s of thousands exercised in the meanwhilse … Jabbera, unless you’re invested, I don’t think this is the one for you, time to move on don’t you think?

It’ll be interesting to see how the SP reacts in the morning particularly as a lot of investors will have missed the RNS and in the lead up to ME’s podcast.
rednutter, I wouldn’t worry, the buy/sell signal is based on algorithms, the MM’s will know it was a buy and it will have taken those shares off the table.

So, given that the £100,000 a month was in December and you said it needs to be in excess of that and we are now in January, with fast growing revenues you accept that the SP is fair value without taking into account future growth?

What multiplier are you applying there reece?
The revenue figures were from October and therefore dare I say it mean that we are 2 months behind, with the Brazil launch figures included in the November update and another month of increased user base for both Mexico and Argentina, I would imagine November to be in excess of $100k.
Given that degree of growth, December could well take us up to $125k with the addition of the IASB contract which brings us up to current day.
I hope this satisfies your multiplier.

Just a quick one from me, I feel that this share has reached a point at which everything that has gone on of late is now priced in and makes this share undervalued. The future revenue is definitely not priced in and therefore makes this a great opportunity for new entries.

Not much to say on this, my stance is and I think has been very clear with this share that it is a very easy hold.

I have managed to accumulate a few more shares over the last few days also at what I consider to be silly levels.

As revenue increases and our costs remain largely the same(aside from launches), it is very clear(to me at least) that we have done the hard work on the road to profitability, now it is simply a matter of time before we reap the fruits of this fantastic companies labour.

People saying India will be the big game changer whilst I agree in the long term, yes it will.

Short term the game changer could well be cashflow positive.

Happy to be challenged on this and please don't see this as a de-ramp against India ... I fully understand the potential there.

Good morning fellow MOSsers, and what a morning it is!

Mark Epstein has managed to incorporate affiliate Revenue figures against download figures allowing us to paint a picture of what's going on here and the potential of MOS.

So here's my take. Firstly populations.

Argentina - 45,000,000
Mexico - 129,000,000
Brazil - 213,000,000
India - 1,380,000,000

Next, how this translates for the future

- Argentina - $14,000.00 billed based on 6,000 downloads of the app within the first month of launch.

- Argentina - Based on these figures and the update relating to Argentina now being around 10,000 downloads, we can deduce that when we hit 40,000 downloads, the Argentina launch alone will be worth $1,000,000 per annum in revenue for MOS. We're already a quarter of the way there after a month and half.

- Mexico - We are now well over 10,000 subscribers now based on 13th October RNS where we were achieving around 200 extra subscribers per day. We are 6 months ahead of schedule here. With annual revenues based on my forecasts to be around $500k where by month 12 of launch, we could reasonably expect around $70k per month in subscription revenue.

- Brazil - Purely affiliate based revenue at the moment, but could be subject to change as Mark has previously indicated. Seeing the take up in Argentina and knowing the population is 4 times larger than Argentina. Also given that the product is free to the consumer to use at present the figures from Brazil could well be astronomical. I am always conservative with estimates, but I feel Brazil could at least double Argentina's potential.

- SaaS platform - All the data gained from subscriptions affiliations is fed into our SaaS product for further marketing information. Data is where the real value behind this business will be driven from. We have in house expert marketing and furthermore it is currently fed into with information that directly relates to our product offering therefore providing us with a competitive advantage.

- India - Mentioned many times as a future launch location. Has the potential to change the game here. Watch this space. All I'll say is you wouldn't want to be out of the stock when that RNS drops.

Just to make you aware I got in at 215 previously and managed to get out at 240 meaning a decent profit, however todays RNS is a real game changer. I will be looking for another entry point and to free up funds for YU throughout November as this is now a no brainer.

I am currently in MOS as a main holding and need to de-risk at some point I'm hoping to get that opportunity in November and the proceeds will most definitely be coming here.

Congrats on holding by the way, the potential is now astronomical given the OFGEM endorsement and YoY growth.
