I must say though, I am surprised that the initial amount of Treasury Bitcoin held is only worth £3.5m when they advised that they now hold up to 10% in Bitcoin when the Bitcoin price was around $11/12k and has now gone up 4.5 times I have to say I’m a little confused by that, I would expect Bitcoin holding to be well in excess of £7m right now.

Yes DShox, my interpretation was that it wouldn’t look to acquire an already listed company, but bring to market a company who doesn’t necessarily want the complications that come with an IPO. Hence this would then become the holding company ...

Surely it’s only relating to 12 licences in Ireland, they have a 9 licences left which they will 100% own and a JV which will be paid for by the partner and retain a 42.5% when the site is at a construction ready status, therefore greatly improving the value of the site. What is not to like here. I work that out the be €9m for 32% of the business, where the buy in is actually increasing the price of the asset.

What I’d also say is to follow the other senior managers on Twitter they are all very active in promoting the product. Fantastic hand picked team with great links to AliPay and Wechat amongst others, trying to roll out a proven Chinese concept over here! Perfect entry opportunity! Have had my eye on this one for a while. I was waiting for MM’s to allow the share price to start moving naturally, it seems that is happening now, had my money elsewhere and made a little in the meantime, expecting a full re-rate on announcement of results, just a steady build up until then, perhaps with a chance of M&A activity. This company is beautifully positioned especially as a long term hold. I managed to get in today at 3.02. So 10% for the day, expecting much much more over the coming weeks. GLA I think we’ve found a nice part of the market here. Btw this seems a nice board, everyone is sure of their position, we all understand the underlying valuation and have a good idea of where the share price is heading. I like the absense of rampers and de-rampers is very encouraging.

I think Rookie has hit this on the head here, with the MODE board wanting to ensure the full company offering is on the table before going to advertising. I agree with this, as potentially not having the full offering may alienate potential users, I’m happy to wait.

Buys going through as Unknown so that the price doesn’t rise. I will be complaining to the Market later. I have previously listed my grievences with MM’s for MODE, I’ve just seen multiple Unknown at 80p and a sell at 79.9999 absolutely rediculous!

Flowers, as a fellow LTH I agree with your pesimism here, the figures won’t represent the current position of the company, I think we need to be aware of this, sell on the RNS and buy the dip. We know the true value of this company will not be recognised for years, but the RNS may be a good oportunity to increase sharholding without incresing the amount invested. That’s my plan at least, please do not take this as advice, I don’t really know what I’m doing. :)
