I notice that Havegun, Whispering, 1984 (slushpuppy) & pikey all seem rather embarrassed. Not a peep from them today. Unless you count "🐂ish" from Pikey.

It looks like he has not been able to liquidate his UK assets as quickly as he hoped. Our money is of course long gone but he has to keep the CTAG ball rolling as he still has property and other assets to dispose of before he can do a disappearing act.

By the end of today all will be clear. Or perhaps not!

Havegun, Paper shares or in a nominee account? If paper it is all good for you because you will have i am sure received your notification yesterday as promised and you are busy doing whatever you have been advised to do to hoover up all that lovely cash. On the other hand if its a nominee account you will be waiting just like the rest of us for the paying agent to contact them because so far there has been no contact. Perhaps that is because lying to a bunch of half wits with paper shares on here is one thing and lying to the city heavyweights is a nothing entirely!

Agreed, this should be very straight forward and could have been done a long time ago but he never mentions this in any updates because he can not provide a long list of excuses for failing to do as he promises and that does not suit his purpose. His purpose is of course to delay as long as possible and till he has disposed of his UK assets like his house for example.

What Amit hasn't said is the truth and that is that he is stalling for time whilst he disposes of his assets linked to the UK so that he can FOff with a bag full of swag to Israel where he will be well beyond our reach. He has however made 30 statements which you can call updates if you like none of which have come to fruition because they were never meant to.

The sale of his house, grandmother etc. obviously not going as well as he hoped. As soon as his assets are sold or moved to safety he will be off to Israel and that will be the last we ever hear from him.

Psst, I have a deal worth 300 million can’t tell you anything because of NDA but do you fancy a piece of the action. Ok so give me some money for some shares and you will rake in tons of cash. Zero risk, the deals already done but I have this pesky NDA thingy so I can’t say anything about it. For the person that asked earlier, that is why he breathed new life into the dormant CTAG.

Now he needs to escape the country with his ill-gotten gains, but it takes time to dispose of his assets, so he needs to string this out until he has left the country with his suitcases stuffed full of our money.

He will be untouchable where he is going and so will his money. Remember Shirley Porter and what she did with her assets when she left these shores.

If this was someone else producing all these updates the website would have been shut down long ago. Rest assured, its Amit and he knows exactly what he is doing.

All i can take from that update is that Amit must have cleared all of those funny looking bracelet thingies out of his shed and that the potential buyer for his house wasn't interested so he needs a bit more time.

He can miss his own deadline because he is trying to move a couple of boxes of bracelet sort of looking things out of his shed before the next potential buyers arrive to view his big London house which is up for a quick sale.

We might get the name of a bank and or paying agent this PM but where will that get us? The bank will not talk to us about the account if it even exists. The paying agent has not contacted anybody yet despite repeated assurances from Amit that they would have done so by now so what makes us think that they would be responsive to any enquires from any of us and that’s assuming the paying agent is legit. After another week has passed and numerous enquires have been made all to no avail, I would think that we can expect another nonsense update and so Amit will have bought himself another week in which to move assets. We all know where these assets will be going, and I can assure you that they will be untouchable as will Amit once he has completed his task.

It feels like so heavyweights might be getting on Amits case and it is also noticeable that he avoids making any promises or commitments regarding nominee accounts. I wonder why he avoids doing that? Could it be that he does not want to attract their attention to his activities and create a situation where they be come embroiled in his web of lies and deceit.

Today? Tomorrow? What difference does it make? If he needs to he will issue more updates and more missed deadlines will follow until such time as any assets he has have been moved to safe havens.

And by the end of next week it will be the paying agents hampster. What we all really want are the proceeds from the DAAP sale but we can't even get the much smaller license money.

Until I have licence and DAAP cash this remains a fraud.

"ensure progress and fulfillment of our commitments." - What does that mean? Notify some paper holders of portal details? Notify all paper holders of portal details? Notify all holders regardless of how and where shares are held of payments details? Or even transfer all cash? What time scale?
