Less chat on hear in recent days and it seems like people are slowly starting to accept that this will never happen. Yes I know that there are some "told you so types" who are probably enjoying a good gloat. There also some hopelessly optimistic types who will still be clinging on to the dream. I really cant see how anything good is coming from this for share holders or whoever has been posting these lies. There is certainly evidence of criminality it is spread all over the website in black and white for heaven sake so the perpetrator has zero chance of getting away with this if the authorities get involved. As for who has been making these statements in the form of misleading updates, well who knows, but I am certain that they will be found out weather it be Amit or a third party.

Well it certainly isn't online at the moment and looks down. Maybe I was wrong and the duck will quack again later today so I will hold off making my orange sauce.

I am not expecting another update today or come to that ever. I hope that I am wrong but I think the duck is dead and in the light of recent info that has emerged I think the game is over. Don't ask me what info because am not prepared to say on this site but all the info is contained on these pages for peeps to draw their own conclusions.

As I said I really hope that I am wrong but any optimism that I once had has now dissolved.

Thanks Aberdeenman. I think that just about puts the tin hat on it. I doubt very much that we will see any further update to the website and if we do I think that we will see something like "the deal has collapsed and so you can all do one and forget it". I wish I could say I thought that there would be a positive outcome but I just cant see it now.

And therein lies the problem Chippy. I do not doubt for one moment what you are saying but on the other hand others are saying that they have been told exactly the opposite. I have no reason to doubt either version of events and I suspect that some have been told one thing and others have been told another. All I can say for certain is that I have asked I-web and they say that they have not had any contact.

I think that someone would have heard something by now if any agents had contacted any brokers. We have not heard a peep and it appears that brokers haven't either so I don't see this payment coming to fruition now I am afraid. I also suspect that for a variety of reasons we may have seen the last update last Thursday 14th March and that no further updates will be forthcoming. I remained vaguely optimistic until last week but on the basis that I can not impact the outcome one way or the other and In light of the most recent failure to come up with the goods it is time for me to consign this to bin. I am sure that if your theory was true Amit would have be able to figure out who he needs to be suing pretty quickly and as seethru put it sued the perpetrator into oblivion or ensured that he had his collar felt. Amit knows what is going on in terms of updates and if he is not behind them he will not tolerate a third party making mischief with his reputation (you may not think he has much of a reputation after all this!!). Slam dunk prosecution and also suing for damages.
