As a holder of a significant number of shares held in a nominee account I have to say that I couldn't care less where he resides. I am sure that no legal action that we as a group can bring would be effective in returning our original investment let alone any proceeds from any sale if Amit doesn't want or intend to make payments.
I suspect that the vast majority of parties who have a genuine interest find themselves feeling like they can have no influence on the outcome and therefor are sitting quietly and patiently for an outcome, whatever that may be. I hope for a payout but I certainly don't expect one. The truth is that NOBODY who contributes to the discussions on this board is doing anything other than speculating one way or the other.
In short I have not seen anything posted by anybody in recent months that will amend my view that this payout might come or it might not and I have no idea which way it will go and my view will stay that way until there is some kind of definitive conclusion to this affair. I refuse to get worked up about it one way or the other.
