Do you think that they meant something like "reaching out on several occasions, numerous occasions or even just plain old regularly". I think that someone is telling porkies but don't worry I am sure that HL will be very interested in these two emails because someone on this board is misrepresenting the view and knowledge of HL which is really very, very naughty indeed. I certainly wouldn't want to be caught making fraudulent statements about HL and misrepresenting HL.

Spikey, where are you? I was sure that you would have jumped onto this update with your usual alacrity and that you would have something to say!! I await your input and hang on with baited breath to hear your words of wisdom.

I am a holder here and I hope for a decent outcome (note the word hope) but I does now seem increasingly unlikely. There may be several things happening:

• Website hijacked and somebody is having a bit of fun. This seems unlikely to me since I am sure that Amit would have been aware a long time ago and would have ordered that the site be closed or at least made more secure.

• Amit is playing games for the sheer joy of it. This also seems unlikely as he still has some kind of reputation to consider and if he wants to do business in the future, he will not be engendering much confidence if he is just playing games here.

• He is genuine and the updates are genuine, but he has not been able to make parts of the deal or money transfer stick. Again, this mess will not have engendered much confidence in others who he may wish to do business with in the future.

• He is stalling for time for some reason but if that is the case why would he ever have announced anything in the first place? Surely, he would have delayed any announcement or maybe not even made any announcements at all.

• In fact, if this is all a big scam why would he ever have raised his head above the parapet and opened himself up to scrutiny with the potential of being pursued through legal action? We were all sitting here fat dumb and happy until he started firing out updates and I suspect we all thought that our investment was dead and buried.

• Other possibilities that I have not thought of!!!!

The bottom line is that neither I nor any of the other contributors to this board actually know what the F is going on and all we can do is speculate. All I can say is that some of the speculation is probably correct and some of it is probably incorrect and if I get paid out, I will know that he was genuine. If I don’t get paid out, I will know that he is not genuine but how long I wait before I come to that conclusion is a mystery even to me.

Well, if I do get something I will have more money than I have now. If I don't get anything I will have the same money that I have now. I am not going to stress about it.
