Banburyboy. The possitive here is that the BOD really must come up with something to add value to all ALL shareholders and not the three/four that were swayed to vote for this. Otherwise what will they think about our dier share price in six months time????

In all honesty i dont think they do. It just feels different this time. I think the problem is that we really do not have any decent politicians and come to that debaters through the press.
We are now in essence one political party made up of the conartist/sta..zilab/lib dems and the wokes.

Back to Serica. Inmv the oil price is going to be the driver here. I am sure many posters have been closely watching how oil is effecting the movement in our share price.Hopefully in a possitive way.

There must be many investors in some form out there. i know i would be one if i had the kind of money that they may require. It would be great if our wonderful government gets involved in some form.Without getting carried away this is ground breaking stuff inmho

As for a fund raise I would hope that some sort of collaborative agreement is on the cards now with either a manufacturing company or a angle investor.

Its just my thoughts Newkotb as i think it will be like the old days when we remained stagnant for a while and then re rated upwards. So i am hoping that they do not do anything now and accumalate cash. Paying down Tailwind debt and retaining or adding to cash pile. My estimate is that after tax they should be accumalting twenty miliion per month. So for me i can just about live with it if the share price at least remains where it is and they pay a good twenty pence dividend this year. I think all we can do is grin and bear it now. Whats done is done unfortunatly. Btw i did vote againsnt fwiw. Like yourself and others i am not very happy, but what can be done now

Had this not been for the dividends i would have sold up and gone. How i see this fwiw is that twelve months from now we will once again be debt free sitting on around five hundred milion cash with a market cap of between seven hundred and a billion. Also producing 40 thousand plus bbl per day.So in sumary i am now taking a two year view. My only hope is that they do not now go after anything that will keep the share price depressed for many years.

I agree. I'm still annoyed with the situation here. What I cannot fathom is why the institutions and largest holder went with this. I just wonder what their thoughts are now and what they would be if it does test that level.

Correction Chineese press. Over one point four billion people with a protein shortage. They are also massive importers of meat.

This could also be an ideal time to bring on an institution or two. Which would not be a bad thing. Inmv it would only benifit the company going forward.

hiblue thats an interesting article. Fwiw i have just e-mailed them and copied the rns in on my e-mail. So you never know they may publish this or better still contact the company for a more detailed analysis. It may also be worth contacting all the major newspapers editorial overseas desks. Especially the states. inmv the more people that contact them the better.

And how will they make the additional bolt ons as alluded to in the report ????

I think the main reason the price is being held back is down to funding.Once this has been resolved then inmv it will fly.

Good article as the all the others have been , but once againg Bsf isnt mentioned . Which in my view this needs to be got across as otherwise we could be missing a good opportunity.

Good press coverage today and hopefully tomorrow. One thing i did notice is that the articles only mention 3bt and not bsf enterprises. Any write ups need to clearly show that BSF enterprises wholy own 3bt inmv. Otherwise we could be missing out on further investors who have not realised that in essence it is BSF Enterprises. Just a thought.
