There is another possibility here. In terms of the share price being driven deliberately in order to facilitate a cheap buyout by someone. Or even the company being taken private.

I held a similar share to this in the past and like yourself emailed the company for various reasons. Inmv some kind of fund raise could still be on the cards. More likely with someone/s who attended the investors meet.

They may also be looking at an acquisition of some sorts.

I think all this selling Emirates from the investors meet.Two possibilities are.

They failed to impress existing and possible new investors.

They have even unofficial sounded out a possible fund raise. Which on both accounts has not been received well inmo.

Inmv these sales are not down to a number of holders, but more to do with a single holder offloading. In terms of thresholds being crossed i am assuming that the seller hasnt notified the market due to their order not being completed.

Maybe someone could answer this. Should the market be notified when a holding falls below three percent. Or can they continue to reduce without notifying the market.

I doubt it the yield is way to high inmv. Personally ten pence for the entire year is my prediction. Inmv we are now starting from scratch as a company in terms of writing off eighty percent of income in taxes..So in other words its where we go from here. Maybe just accumalate cash for the next few years and then take it from there.

Agree. I am sure the company did not anticipate this kind of sell off. Especially after the recent investor meet. It appears that it didnt come across very well.A small possitive here is that the more this falls the more likely someone will take the lot over purely for the IP.It just depends how much someone wants this. Maybe the company could sell off one segment of the business. At least that would generate funds to expand the remainder of the business.

Fwiw. I have experienced these type of events before. I am afraid inmv it was a meeting to gauge how some new/ existing clients felt about a future fundraise.

No doubt we shall find out soon,but i wouldnt be surprised if a placing occurs that is only open to a few investors. Maybe they are eying up an acquisition of sorts. If so lets hope that it will be cash possitive cumulative from day one.

The uni collaborations are excellent news. Inmv it brings us closer to signing a collaborative deal with a large institution of some sorts which should also add a cash injection to fund the final stages of clinical trials.

The only companies that are now benefiting from the two wars GB are funding seems to be BAE and RR. So why isnt the wft tax being evenly distrubuted between these and North sea producers.
