I can not understand this. Omega has and is a growth company with a vision. Why are people thinking about a dividend. The revenue can be put to better use in the short term. I.e rapid expansion. If in 18 months time ane they are stagment then that is the time to raise that question. Inmv
Separately i am in a similar postion with my other stock. Albeit they are four years down the line with no deal.

If Omega can continue to grow outside of covid. Inmv the growth of the company and share price would out way any possible dividend payment. My opinion is that they should reinvest into new products in the short term with maybe a bolt on acquisition.

Games are being played here by spivs. If the bod are serious about shareholder value snd remaining independent then this needs to be addressed. There are ways. Is not jefferies a joint broker. They should be able to deal with this.As for missed deadlines with targets not being met. Sack the lot and find a new crew inmo.

The Rns announcements inmv have been honest and factual for many years. Certaintly since i have held shares anyway.
Colin King has been the subject of a a great deal of criticism coming from fairly new investors. Which inmo is wholly unjust.
If some new and lth took time to read the rns announcements togethet with the investors presentations. Then i am sure most would agree as to what an amazing job he has done since that review.

I would say that it is fantastic news for Omega ..surescreen and avacta.
Currently the majority of the tests supplied to schools and public healrh authorities are the inova test. Moligic aka omega togethet with surescrean and avacta are more accurate as per recent studies. So hopefully eventually one of these will be used. Either way omega will manufacture for one or more of the tests.

You may be old enough to remember the series Dallas. Poor old cliff barnes drilling took months due to jr ewing intervention. Maybe a new drill team should be hired.

Jasehem . Serica could do with a few more investors like yourself. My feeling is that any rise is being sold into. The most recent seller has been grg. Small amounts each day to offset any rise. This inmo is where the company could help in terms of a coordinate share buy back

Im inclined to agree with you jasehem. The biggest opportunities inmo came last year with many oil stocks at all time lows. I thought we would at least be holding at the 1.20 level. Now it is looking increasingly likely that a pound will be the new trading level.

Maybe an unoficial enquiry was made and we were not told about it. Not sure if legally they need to inform shareholders.

They seem very happy with the share manipulation to continue. Pathetic alround inmo.if rhum 3 doesnt meet expectations then where will we be. As for a buy back i cant see that hsppening as inmo they will want a cash pile so it can be sold with cas attached. Rockrose all over again inmv

If Grg are offloading and playing games. Then we could be looking at a further 2.5 shares dripping into the market to suppress any rise before a threshold is crossed again.
The question is who will benefit by this.

Yes its done well. Certainly a success story. I posted a number of months ago on here with a question. Rather than sitting on the cash the company could have purchased a stake or stakes in other o and gas companies. B.p or shell would have at least yielded a decent dividend. They could have also built strategic stakes in others such as rockrose.
