Omega have said all long that they are not relient on the gvnmt for its future success. My view is not to dwell to much on this.
Also testing in some form is now here even if covid suddenly ends.One question i will be asking the company is what they will be developing in the future after covid.

Omega will need to ensure that they can produce 2 milion tests per week without hiccups. This may explain as to why final tt has not occurred yet. Due to further equipment still being added.what would be interesting is if tt could have occurred on say 1 milion per week. Maybe a good question to put to the company.

The cd4200 poc market is relatively small and aimed at African countries whereas the covid market is potentially 200 times greater. No wonder omega is confident they can fill capacity for quite some time yet

The NHS are now advertising lateral flow tests via a t.v campaign. Saying that all adults are entitled to these free tests.I saw one myself on itv this afternoon

Holders above 10 per cent. At the end of the day inmv it will be the bod who will ultimately decide Omegas fate should an offer come in.Unfortunately any shareholder holding below 3 percent really doesn't have any bearing..

I dont see a takeover happening while all three segments of the business are as one. In reality the business is still in its infancy in terms of creating revenue apart from food tech. Inmo the best bet is to spin off the divisions in some way. That way all shareholders would benefit

Hopefully omega will be looking at all options going forward. I favour a spin off of the infectious disease division incorporating covid. Leaving food tech and alergy.

Another point is the population of israel is only 9 million and their security has always been tight. Which could also explain why they have not seen a resurgence of cases.

porky i wish i knew, but one thing that is pretty certain is that the core business is still progressing. Hopefully we will get an update on additional sales for food tech progression in China together with cd4200 sales via clait and Who.. My feeling is that hiv treatment and rapid diagnosting rapid lft for this will come to fore front once covid no longer plays centre stage.
