I raised the question as to why abingdon was listing at that time on this bod. My point was that Omega were already listed. So surely it would have been in both parties interests to merge.
So did egos get in the way. My view is that they did.
Hopefully they may see some value in joining forces in the future. As a humble pi i can see the vslue if they do.

Could be someone reducing their holding. Ican not think why as the share price has only doubled in a matter of days. Fiw i have done the same.

Its not such a wild thought. Grg are predominantly owned by an individual and from my understanding have been associated with Serica for many years.
The ioc share of rhum is held in trust and funds held in escrow completly ring fenced from the iranian gvnmt.
So in summary it is plausible that grg could acquire the ioc share of rhume and then sell it onto Serica as a non connected partner.
Wishful thinking maybe,but who knows.
