Very odd response from the stalwarts of serica. BP not only own 5 percent of the stock but facilitated this deal. As they are one of the best commodity traders around. Dont you think that they have advised serica how to hedge.

Omega are also doing good work with cd4200 together with collaborations with institututes such as the burnet. They also have products in development to run along side cd4200.

Natural gas on nymex going through the roof. Looking good for tomorrow. Maybe the share price will finaly respond tomorrow.

Gas almost 1.5 per therm . Hopefully Serica will get a bounce soon.

Just a thought,but maybe serica has been more proactive in terms of cancelling out some of the low hedges by simply trading the reverse.

How sad that some people are bothered by paying an extra 1.25% for a social care fund for everyone. Oh dear no wonder the o g industry has a bad reputation. Certainly doesnt help its image with that kind atitude inmv..

I doubt they are even bothered nowadays. More interested in upstart companies that may buy them out. They are probably even sign some sh...ite paper deal with one of them inmho.

Sericas drill campaigns of late are not the best inmv. Why squander the cash reserves on drilling when this could be mitigated with a farm in. Thus protecting its lth further and maybe retaining them .

Sericas seems to inmo view the 100 percent of bkr as some kind of dirty subject. Something that should not be promoted by its house broker and pr team .WHY. .?????..
They should shouting this from the roof tops with only just over three months until this occurs.

What would also be good if they some how inform the market that they have finally exited. Maybe twitter could help.

Unfortunatly the value may come out in some kind of paper bid which will undervalue serica greatly when the acquires share price drops after the offer has been accepted.Which inmv it will.

Newkotb. Whats with the obssesion with kist. Surely serica are now in a far better position now than even 3 months ago. I for one would not welcome any takeover now .Especially from a company than would be offering any offer with the majority in paper .As opposed to cash inmv.
Also maybe serica has pushed the interims back to the end of September for two possible reasons. A better production level from rhum3 and columbus coming on line earlier than expected. Just my view on things.
