While it may be the case Qualcomm can announce their partnership with SEE, i feel Qualcomm have a clause that allows them to pull all the promotional strings. Therefore SEE won't be able to announce any models Qualcomm win without their express permission.

So in effect, a gagging clause.

Just my two cents...

Blame Veoneer for that one, they obviously wanted to tout the tech as their own and wrote in a gagging clause for SEE.

Unfortunately, Qualcomm now own them and they would appear to have the same agreement in place...
