Worth noting that we can still sell to other OEM's in the headliner location (where the mirror is), just not integrated into the mirror.
BSB, that was tasty, I'm looking forward to Dessert, mmm...
S2020 - exactly :)
i think the Next base IQ is as close to guardian gen 3 as guardian gen 3.
The fact they have said it will have driver monitoring and have already secured vodaphone internet connectivity, tells me they could just as easily provide this service, they'll just need a seat vibration device installed...
"Two of these, which will be added after launch, are Driver Aware and Vehicle Aware. The first, also known as DMS, will monitor the driver using infrared sensors and provide alters to combat distracted and/or drowsy driving."

Right Paul, time for you to stand up in front of investors and say this little old company is now profitable, that'd put a rocket up the SP!
I'll reiterate what others say, in that this is really great news!
I wonder how this will effect the Omnivision license deal? Worth thinking about, especially if they develop components for the rear view camera that others may use?
9) When does Paul plan on buying those Maserati's. Wink wink.
New as of yet enterprise customers to announce? The mileage could indicate more trials have come to an end and purchase orders issued?
That's my guess, though it's certainly good news seeing those stats increase!
If Magna make the first move, they'll be in for a windfall should Qualcomm want in on the action, no doubt QC won't want a repeat of the Veoneer deal...
Sure would be nice to be a part of Merger Monday, surely someone has to start the bidding war for SEE soon?
I might be dreaming with the current SP and macro scene, but I want $15bil, why you might ask?
Well, mobileye sold for that sum many a moon ago and their tech wasn't mandated by regulation! Plus, they only offered tech for one aspect of the transport sector.
SEE have tech driven by global mandates and use cases in aviation training and fleet management. Plus they are already selling licences to major chip manufacturers! Not to mention the wide IP moat the company has obtained over the years!
I doubt management are stupid, they're bound to see the future value in the company, so if there are talks, here's hoping they bag us a deal close to what intel offered for Mobileye all those years ago!
GLA and DYOR!
Qualcomm are now in their first quarter of 2023, so it'd be apt to get the ball rolling with an acquisition or two...
Fourth Quarter: June 27, 2022 - September 25, 2022

Whatever BSB meant, the SP could sure do with a bit of Spice to kick things into action!
Wonder how spicy we're talking, Korma or Vindaloo?
Can Qualcomm just buy us out already...
Remember, any business SEE gets from Qualcomms $30bil in design wins, will be in addition to what we're already procured.
So current auto deals, licence deals with chip manufacturers, cat licence Revenue, fleet, BDMS and aviation is all extra.
I'll repeat Safestocks (albeit with a little expletive) in saying...
FFS SHOW ME THE MONEY!!
And you invest in the potential, which you'll find loads of in this company. The idea is to get in before everyone else finds out, that is the reason to invest now rather than later.
I'm happy with my investment decision in SEE, I just want to be proved right now, not in 3 years. Some green shoots in the form of increased profits and a sign of profitability will do that, here's hoping SEE start to disclose more of that info in the next quarterly update.
GLA, keep the faith and always do your own research!
Tbf, they are more than delivering in models and in their promises of rolling out into more market verticals. I just want to see how that is translating into the companies finances and in return shareholders pockets.
Next quarterly update should include that info, I'll be waiting for that rather than Qualcomm or Volvo events to spur on the SP.
Well, I was all set for attending the first presentation, having forked out on advance train tickets I then couldn't cancel... I'm not making that mistake again...
Time to cough up and show us the Money SEE!
I say this every week, but it sure would be nice for an RNS this week? Perferably one that lifts us out of single figures for good...
