hmmmm ..........this say arbitration and since it is POG taking Albyn to arbitration I wonder if it is something dug up by KPMG ? Either way I don’t think it is operational and could just be poor translation/understanding or clickbait.

I wouldn’t read to much into it. Legal structures can become very complicated, especially if they involve tower schemes or other tax structures. Also, sometimes a Plc's holding company doesn't own the company, just the assets. It’s really very involved

As long as they are using Oz AU/Employee they can by all means measure Corn / Hectare

No problem Rio, my point is that POG has super unproductive staff. It needs to get rid of a few thousand of them and be run like other gold mining companies.

Poly employs just over 10,000 people. POG employs just over 9000 people. Poly mines and refines three time the amount of Gold POG does.

No, you are wrong.
POG is not currently undervalued for 2020, they are correctly valued.
POG currently has a PE of 10 (based on underlying earnings for 2020). If you look at non underlying earnings there PE is through the roof.
If management are good and do their job properly (for the first time) we can hope they move to PE of 12 next year. Achieving these criteria would be a first. as long as I can remember

Rusty, doesn’t this measure include all of that? What people have complained about for years is underperformance of POG compared to its peers. You can only ask someone to be the best, no defy market conditions.

There are 4 things that will permanently change this company.
The first two are in the almost in the bag, debt reduction and better management
The second two need to happen this year, volume increase and cost reduction
POX hub plays a role in volume increase and cost reduction but, labour and structural costs need to be addressed. And please invest in automation.

I don’t want to dampen your enthusiasm KRSS but for Gold to be $2900 the 10-year treasury would need to be -0.5%, not 1.09% and rising. The best short-term case for Gold is that inflation rises faster than the 10 year. Gold is supported around this level, but will go up and down each time these two get out of step during the rise. If the Fed increases their bond buying or does yield curve control this will drive Gold up.

and time has passed meaning more cash has been generated and therefore less net debt, therefore less risk. Time is definitely on the side of POG

$150m debt for POG is low leverage, $50m debt for IRC is low leverage. Twelve and six months at these levels and the back of both of these is broken
