I read through it a couple of times and I am struggling to see where you came up with that theory? Am I to think you maybe are not too keen on acquiring Molopo?

Did you know that you can be sued for posting something online that is not true or for sharing or endorsing a false post made by someone else?  Did you also know that if you are sued, you could be ordered to pay compensation and legal costs and forced to make a public apology?

If you are accused of saying something untrue or harmful about a business, then they must have suffered serious financial loss before they can take legal action against you.

It does not matter that you have not named the person or business in question.  If they can be identified from your post or online activity, then you could still find yourself in trouble. It is also irrelevant that you did not intend any harm.

So a couple of individuals have caused me considerable loss, so much so that it would be worth my while taking this further. You would need to prove all you said was correct. I think that puts you on a very sticky wicket. Will consult, also with the company and revert back. Had enough of this nonsense!

Craig bless him, was the main reason a lot of investors took positions in this stock. He had a "vision" and direction that he believed in. We too believed in the story but after his demise, all bets are off. Yes, the good is still in the ground but that's just not enough I'm afraid! Under current market conditions, plenty of cheap oversold stocks with potential for many multiples to be made. So whilst we exit at a steep loss, we look forward to our next position.

You guys are very fortunate to get an email from NvS. I was well into 7 figure cash amount before the slide and he has never once replied to my emails! I've personally given up emailing him and a little sceptical as to genuine replies to any shareholders, but that's just me. I still think the asset will be sold for a handsome sum and that too before the end of the year. GLA

Definitely won't affect the price negatively, will in fact push it up as listed on main market and attracted more funds for extraction to get on with the job.

Ortus- I keep saying do the math...One Tier 1 asset should sell for £500M easy and I think the deal is for 2 of them, therefore x2. Folk think there are silly numbers being talked about but not long now until we find out if the 10p crowd are correct or those that think they understand the real value of the asset!

You're definitely missing something Corby. With every spin off we end up with x amount if shares and warrants. This will provide a nice few million on issue and then there is the sp appreciation once those assets are developed by the holding companies. JV with KAV and RRR will produce vast returns with no further expenditure to develop mines at our own expense. It is simply impossible to generate enough cash ourselves to push all these projects through.

Okay folks what the feck is going on here then. Continuous drop everyday, so we see any support? It's Airways nice to maintain a positive outlook but we are all here to make money in the medium term.
