So the legal case will go ahead but funded slightly differently than first claimed. Chris highlighted zero impact on investors and running businesses, funded by others who would take a slice from the winnings which doesn’t look to be the case now.

We’ve secured £1.5 million from a capital raise and loan of 500k from investors who aren’t named with a return we don’t know of. So fund of £1.5 alongside fees with Denton that mean guaranteed now to resolve the case to completion. It’s half good as a case moves forwards but maybe not as easy as chris highlighted because we are funding it too, 65 million shares on top of around 310 million so a fair dilution. At this stage there are few other choices it seems.

To complement this arrangement with Dentons, the Company has also secured firm commitments of a further £0.5 million ("Litigation Fund") in the form of litigation funding from private investors.

This funding, plus a pre-agreed return on investment, will only be repaid if the Arbitration proceedings are successful and no Company shares are being provided to the investors in the Litigation Fund.



The Placing (as defined below), the Litigation Fund and the fee arrangement with Dentons are collectively expected to cover all costs throughout the Arbitration process and allow Fox Marble to immediately commence the formal proceedings against the Republic of Kosovo.

A good outcome would be out of court at some point, a few million even just 10 to clear loans and debts so we can move forward within a short space of time. Fox don’t need tens of millions, they need to move on with some in the bank

Iron ore price strengthens

The iron ore price has continued to strengthen at seven-year highs, as China-Australia trade tensions remain in the spotlight and Chinese inventory levels are reportedly low.

Certainly driving sp higher and will continue to do so this week.

Be honest as an odx holder for years I’m just exhausted now by this board and the amount of comments. I’m still holding but just simply can’t keep up, lost interest in all the possibilities.

The antibody test is currently offered to all public sector health workers and care workers free through government. This will also be helping to understand how good it’s accuracy is, MHRA I am sure will come

As a covid positive person I can clearly say it’s horrible, understand the risk on more unhealthy people as it grabs hold of you pretty quickly and firmly no doubt. Neither does it just pass you by but my children it has.

I think like many shares it could pull back when consolidating. I do think this is re rating slowly as confidence and numbers come forward so it will continue overall to progress. Iron ore price is high, volume very good, demand very good, costs down and as always cycling of where people put their cash with miners like this back on the table

yes i agree, the challenge for brexit is the uk want fundamental things that they believe are theirs and the EU want us to track their changes.

i think fxpo actually has consolidated it will challenge £3 today yes today or next week latest.

The oils and miners did ok today as many other stocks shakes. Safe heaven, going to wonder it’s way up to £3 and beyond by January, I think I’ve enough still for it to support any other small drops across stocks due to Brexit. A Brexit deal by next week? Well either Boris will blink or macron has to tell his fisherman that they now need permission!!

It reads like uk won’t / can’t back down on these few big items left or the claim of what was the point of Brexit will ring out. Interesting couple of weeks to come

this is divi and sp driving i think. i joined for divi but quickly recognized the sp potential if the court case was dropped

I can’t see how they can’t issue the next divi in January, plenty of cash available

we might see in the next few days as a sea of red takes over that fXPO holds up stronger and people put more money in, i would suggest its becoming quite a safe haven

It’s going to be a good ten years with fxpo and more. They are ramping up volume alongside the higher prices, these next results will send the sp toward all time high and beyond as both stability and revenue and profit come through.

The change in iron ore price is significant and hits the bottom line, thru highlighted last time costs overall where down due to global pandemic so everything in the right direction, would be good to get an update before new year but usually January.

I sold a few with the recent sp increase to balance overall portfolio but still in from the 180s and holding long
