Just because they say their fine doesn’t mean they can’t change their mind. It’s trust in a bod, what’s possible and what they need. Not unusual for a bod to say this twenty times and then raise as it just seemed like the best thing. My comments are centred on people questioning what will happen next and all I’m saying is it will go a similar way to all others. Yes I’ve described the situation with any stock and a higher risk the further away of company is from making actual money against potential.

If they realise what is required abs make money less chance of raising but they will raise at some point if needed. It’s obvious stuff but with respect doesn’t stop half the world getting sucked into bad decisions all the time. I’m not saying this stock won’t do very well, hopefully does. In the end like every board they must actually deliver and realise profit.

I’d hold and see out the potential, if you bought some at 5p you could take a slice off the table and hold the rest. Managing risk against potential

It’s going to be a good week for afriag. As they enter March an update on listing and more understanding of what their actually capable of, have available to sell against all being potential

Won’t this take a similar pattern to many others? There’s been a good increase in sp, the bod will be pressured to take advantage of this far beyond the 5p and raise more money.

The sp is currently trading on potential. With the extra cash they’ll realise the potential or do a poor job, raise more money, bod will sell off their shares quietly and leave the problem with private investors.

So no different to many others, you invest in potential, you hope, know the bod is capable of delivery and you await the benefits or you sell and gain from the potential. Buying in on a potential is first step, harder one is what to do now. Have they got the products, capability to deliver?

I think iron ore demand is going to stay high, price high irrespective of retraces with exchanges. Going to be a fairly long, few year push of demand on infrastructure by many governments to keep the cogs going

UK-based Cellular Goods, a cannabis company backed by David Beckham, has seen its stock price soar on its first day trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The company’s share price rocketed 310 per cent in early trading, continuing the trend of cannabis-related companies listing on the stock market in the UK and then soaring in value.

Shares lifted to just over 29p, before falling back to 23p, still more than four times the issue price of five pence per share. The surge in the share price values the company at more than £100.

Cellular Goods CEO Alexis Abraham said: “We are delighted with the tremendous support we have received from institutional capital and the unprecedented level of interest shown by retail investors for an IPO of this size.

“We firmly believe that the future of the cannabinoid industry will be driven by biosynthetic production and our significantly oversubscribed IPO is a sign of investor confidence in this future.”

Cellular Goods makes skincare and topics creams to provide relief for athletes using biosynthetic cannabinoids.

Hargreaves Lansdown senior investment and markets analyst Susannah Streeter said: “With shares 13 times over-subscribed, initial demand for cannabinoid company Cellular Goods was always likely to be high and as trading has got underway it’s become a hot stock.

i followed dl into here, after that never went anywhere near another recommended one of his stocks. i wont sell this early because i don't need too. 35p is achievable short term in this arena.

appearing in ability to buy and sell more. a cannabis company with this back ground and capability will easily hit a £50 million valuation based on potential, there is history of that and indeed this company involved in the RTO is no different. the potential and growth opportunity to huge and there aren't many of these about.

so certainly some growth. how long it then takes to come to reality is no different to other businesses in that it may be two month, six months or five years. this will get traction over the next few weeks, i see 20 to 30 pence easily.

50p is only a £17 million company on current shares issued etc. Now appreciate this is all going to change but actually I’d be glad if money back plus 20% and I think it’s possible looking at the cannabis dynamic. Held this long, few more months won’t be a problem

I owned in 2015!! Gosh that’s some time to look for a return
