Unless I've read it wrong, this is my thinking.

100% increase in shares in issue means a 50% dilution. For that dilution we own 200%+ in our main asset and we also own the processing plant which has large operating costs but is ours to do as we please and is an asset not a liability (hence it was being sold as such). So 50% dilution is countered by asset growth.

Quicker it moves away from retail the better.

30% discount for an increased asset rating, I'll take it.

I've contacted Freetrade to ask if they'll participate with PrimaryBid. I had to share the RNS with them but they are taking it to the wider team and will get back to me. I suggest anyone on Freetrade do the same to escalate it as a priority.

I can't see it, depends how heavy they play with it. It should drive it up in the expectation of company growth I'm hoping.

@dip666 I must say my biggest fear about everything is a delist and the new exchange not being supported by freetrade where I’ve got everything. They’ve maintained that they won’t delist as you’ve stated but it’s always a fear with freetrade not being as extensive as other brokers and the fact they’re slow to respond to changes as I’ve found in other shares. I think it’s a concern for down the line though so not paying it too much thought

Bet traders have a field day with this share, trades within range so regularly. Buy at between 6 & 7 and sell at between 7 & 8, wish I could be bothered.

Both have, still going 100% shorted stocks, I’m not trying to pump as I’m out of one and out of the other as soon as it opens so I’ll put it here. Ffie was the first I got in at 0.138 average and then crkn.

No ramp as I’ve seen this retrace way too many times but not gonna lie I have a bad of market excitement going on. I had a 300% rise and a 1000% rise in heavily shorted shares over the last 3 days one I cashed early (300% instead of 2000%) and the other I may have cashed early but don’t know yet. All returns straight into GGP yesterday, I have market sentiment of 2020 again but obviously it’s highly unlikely.

Something I don’t see often mentioned when people mention how Shaun has secured us funding is that he has done so in a business cycle that has seen the largest interest rate rises for 20 plus years, I often wonder how much easier that would have been if done 5 years ago. As interest rates drop, if the threat of recession worldwide simmers then will that see a flurry of more action and positive risk

Just spoke to there live chat and they said no liquidity. I did the same trade on freetrade at the time within seconds to test the price I’d get and freetrade gave me the shares instantly. Think that’s clear cut. Wouldn’t fancy trying to sell on 212 if it ever came to a price drop

That’s what happened today, it took an hour and was at the top of the price range throughout that time. And the close price is less than freetrade, google and aj - not that that part matters but it’s not filling me with much confidence for my primary broker. Think I’ll scrap the idea
