George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I have a suspicion that as $2 SP was a requirement before, the fact we are under now we may not be allowed to uplist, but perhaps when we reach it again for a a day or 5 days, if the rest of the application was agreed we may just get up listed very quickly afterwards.
Even though BTC isn’t really budging from $45k unless Argo were selling (which they’re not) the current price doesn’t make much difference. I’m still extremely bullish on this stock and can easily see a blue day today without BTC moving. I think the light bulb is finally turning on for some investors.
I believe Peter explains that in the videos as during 2020 they had to sell the majority of BTC mines to pay for operational expenses but so far in 2021 any BTC mined is being hodl’d (they haven’t sold any they’ve mined this year)
If he/Argo weren’t planning to list on the Nasdaq surely he’d say no like he did when responding to the question about the FTSE 250. Also if we meet the requirements (which I believe we do?) surely any company would list if they can because there can only be massive benefits for the company in doing so
Maybe (highly likely) I’m reading into his wording here but in his answer to a question from Alex “With everything seemingly going on on the North American continent, I’m curious what Argo’s presence in the UK is”. Anyone notice how part of Peter’s answer was “...obviously all of our regulatory pieces right now are in the UK”. As I said maybe looking into it but the fact he said right now, MIGHT imply a change at some point ;)
Always stayed confident with my decision investing here as the fundamentals are spot on and the company has great leadership, but I am glad something like this came out to ease any negativity and improve sentiment amongst newer shareholders :)
I trade with Halifax and hadn't received any sort of communication to vote, so I've just been on chat with them. They said the last day to vote is today and they've been able to pass my vote (YES) on.
Very pleased also with the part of the RNS that states “will be given an option of a first refusal to purchase additional production” so not only should we get the number of machines when Argo release that number but there’s even greater potential for bonus hashing increase.
