I sold 1 mil today :-( at massive loss, but had too. My 5 mil now down to 1.8! Slowing drifting away. Roll on March and 25p!

I remember a time when Brom did give it a rest, and we were all glad when he returned! He is in my opinion one of the most valuble posters on this board.

Early August to me means in the first week to 10 days max. Any more than that is mid month.

I'm hoping that I will get more from 88e than the Mug that I was given by Aberdeen Man and Timo at one of the London Presos all that time ago. Maybe it was a sign?! Been waiting a long time for this to come home. We have plenty of potential, I just hope that it starts to happen soon.

Looks like news IS imminent, the MMs have dropped the price to pick up cheap shares. I know it has been imminent for weeks but they usually get wind even from a non leaky ship.

For me it is becoming transformational. I've been here for a while. Have not traded to take profits as the likes of Brom have. Naive maybe, but believed in PB and DW having met them at one of the early London meets. I've had more than 5 mil shares, my average is back to 2.4p having had to sell some due to needing money that at the time I didn't think I would need. Its funny how life throws a curved ball every now and then.
Now I need to sell some more early next month, so we are bound to have a delay which will cause the price to go down further and the price will go up once I've sold. That's just my luck.
My father is not well, I am about to lose him. I've had to fly back from the US a few times in the last month to be with him and I will have to pay for the other costs once he is gone.

It is what it is at the end of the day. If it wipes me out financially, so be it. I will have done the right thing with my family, that's what counts. I've sat on these for many years, added some and had to sell a few, I only hope that DW will finally comes up with the goods for once in the right timeframe for me. It usually does not, but Its only money at the end of the day!

The thing is so many think that news will come at or just before the AGM. If the deal is done it must be announced as part of the continouus disclosure. No waiting for an AGM date to announce, its just not allowed. So I think some will be dissapointed. At best we will see an update, but only on what is allowed to be said. If still under negotiations then it may be much of a copy and paste from the last RNS saying that they are still talking to a preferred partner.
As has been said before, nothing is done until it is done and we do not know what we do not know. All I know is that its about time for this to come our way, its been going the wrong way for too long. How unlucky can we be?

That makes total sense. You would not want a big oiler to come in and buy up all the land and then sit on it for years and years and not develop it. That's not what the pipeline or the state of Alaska tax coffers needs. This encourages smaller exploration Cos to come in and find discoveries, for them then to be taken over a produced by the bigger oiler.

Well all I know is that my (was) 5 (now just over 4 mil shares) had better start to move soon or I will be broke. I really believed in PB and DW having met them both at that September presentation a few years ago. I held my breath when i opened the Plug and Abandon RNS, only to let out a disapointing sigh and get that sinking feeling, as I watched my life savings evaporate yet again. Each time we miss a target the thought of "living the dream" turns more into "dreaming to live"! I will burn my accounts in the UK if we do not get FO and stick my two fingers up at the financial institutions in Blighty. I'm now paying tax to Trump and will have start again financially at the ripe old age of 49, happy days.... not!

They will lose all credibility if they do not come up with a FO by the end of the month. So much has been said, encouraging signs from the last drill which tuned out to be a duster (when there were so many sucessful drills in the area over the last few years), more time needed for the multiple teams in the dataroom etc. If this is all smoke I will be very disappointed and will feel like Ive been completely ripped off, and having met PB and DW bought into the story. Yes but what about those of us who have been here for a longer time (2015) who nealy bailed today because you can only beleive for so long and have the price bashed for so long before you begin to dout my own judgement on this one. Im now deep underwater and really did at one point have my finger on the sell button with massive losses, how would people like me feel on monday?!

I could get a price all day long to sell on just under 5 mil shares, and the price was the same as the smaller trades going through at that time. This gives me a little more confindence, although I was very close today to chucking it all in for a massive loss and press that sell button! My average 2.4p! Not moaning, we all know the risks, but it still dos not make you feel very good!
