I am also a long holder since before the globe meetings and sat at a huge paper loss. This has to be the first time that DW has gone quiet, he is usually quite regular with the updates. I have not tried to contact him in person. Maybe something is brewing in the background in order to get enough spin together for another raise (which will be needed in some form or another) or maybe he has gone out on our vast acreage with some dowsing sticks to search for the black stuff we seem unable to find!

He has not sold any to date. It would not be a good move as it would reduce the value of his remaining shares as the SP drops..... Sends completely the wrong message to everyone he is trying to get to invest. He must have faith or why so much interest in accumulating so much stock? There does not seem to have been much opportunity to buy in recent times due closed periods for all of the different things that have been going on in the background. It does give me a little bit of hope that we will one day get chance to get our money back and maybe some more.....

He doesn’t make anything on his xcd shares if 88e are worth nothing. No point in holding lots of paper in anything unless it eventually is worth something.

So what I don’t get is why DW would want more share in 88 if he didnt think that 5here would go well north of where they are now. No point in having shares of something that is going to go bust. I would think he is definitely in a closed period for buying shares. It just does not make sense, unless he knows something we don’t , which of course he does

Does anyone know where their leases are in relation to ours? I have a look at the XCD presentation on the 1.6 Billion bbls Of Prospective Resource. Is there any chance the HRZ fairway passes through it? It looks north of us. Just thinking if the Charlie samples of the HRZ were going into glass beakers for a photoshoot.....

Yes, I agree. I have been in here since the first rise past 2.5p when those oily flasks first appeared and bought in with both feet. Im now sitting on a huge paper loss, some of which I had to realize after my father passed away last autumn (reducing my holding from 5 mil to 1.8 mil at a huge loss) I remain while there is still hope. After every disappointment and the feeling of "what is the point of selling now?!" comes a glimmer of hope. And while I don't see us sitting at the end of Micky's runway drinking champagne wearing "Ive made it to the £1 club" t-shirts, I do think this time there is a real chance to move us in the right direction and still be in for some life changing sums of money.

Never say never, it is not the first time that we have been told that we are fully funded only to raise hours later. Indeed, we probably were fully funded at the time of writing for the topic being written about, only to need more funds for something else. Look at the history, DW has done this now not for the first time, but also that he had not, we would not be here.
