Yeah probably worth a wee punt here. I reckon SP over 90p when England beat France in QF and then Spain in SF will take SP over a £1. Advertising revenue for England Brazil final will be very tasty indeed. Year High of 124p should be achievable. All good for the UK economy which in turn will lead to upside in advertising. Then again, maybe I'm getting a bit ahead of myself.

Yeah I know. What I'm saying is that with bank fixed rates rising (with inflation rising) the return dividend on UEM (for the risk) is not as attractive as it once was - even though it's slightly higher. All about risk / reward and the fact that the NAV hasn't done much in 6 years makes me ponder how long I'll stay in these. Also with China's continuing ridiculous Zero Covid policy I'd rather not be involved in their markets at all.

Surprised to see this up @237p when a month back they were @194p. Just used clubcard and 25% off wine offer to stock up on 24 bottles of wine and fizz for Xmas. Good deal - saved loads - especially on the higher end stuff - getting £4 off each £16 bottle of Amarone or Chateauneuf du pape - well worth it. Don't know when this offer expires. Anyway, good luck all.

Forget the brokers like Cantor Fitzgerald. They're just lining their own nests and their predictions change with the wind every few months. My call to sell back in Feb 2020 when RYA were at 16.4€ was <>. They're still below that price, never mind 19€ hehehe. Some numpties have just sat here for years while the SP falls and inflation rises and both have eroded your money. The best thing would have been to have got out when I said. Well done all holders here. A very nice rise today. My buy @50.2p in August 2021 was well timed and looking very healthy today. There is more upside to come but I will start scaling back my holding now. Good luck all.

With interest rates rising the Yield here is now looking pretty pathetic which is leading to a sell off IMHO

T4G don't engage with these trolls - just filter, it just encourages more traffic and time wasted. I've filtered five already this morning - it's easy. I can also rest easy that I'll not have to read anything from these trolls in the future. I've had jongle (and many others) on filter for months - it's been wonderful.
