Yes KS is making a play for RBD but the fact remains that this is solely down to the disastrous antics of S&S.

, if they're ousted they only have themselves to blame & although I would like to see some more information on their catastrophic foul ups I'd be happy to see them go, to much greed & far too many lies !

Simon I would think KS would have to provide proof of the Daybreak fiasco before the EGM as failure to do so would cost him a great deal of credibility but we'll have to wait & see.

Lockedin, Rathlin has been looking to find another partner for some time. Depends on the price although I don't believe they'll find one & we will fund it.

It seems to me KS has done some digging which has made him more confident of succeeding this time.

Problem is our 2 idiots have no idea about DD. If there is any truth to Colle Santo being worthless it needs to be put in the public domain before the requisition vote. In all honesty it wouldn't be a surprise they've screwed up again & will move heaven & earth to hide it.

Smythery, sure there's a risk with KS & co. but aren't our ceo's chances too ?

As to whether the requisition will succeed that will depend on the II's I'm afraid. S&S will be beating the drum to them while treating us with utter contempt.

I've wanted change for some time as I know we get lied to on a regular basis. The granting of the latest share options should be considered their death knell & quite rightly so. It just highlights their stunning greed.

Everything Tonyb1 posted earlier is spot on imo.

Locked in a change should stop some of the awful decisions made over the years. Specifically uncertain projects with no prospect of monetisation for years if ever.

Things quite simply have to change as the 2 crooks are. Just taking the pee out of shareholders.

Hopefully their reign of incompetence will soon be at an end.

We should certainly be in a.much better position Simon but that's down to the 2 fools. KS wants to change things due to their abysmal performance which many of us agree with.

I have no doubt they're now scrambling around for support which I don't believe they deserve.
