I'm intrigued by the fact that the requisition request will reveal many facts that have been hidden from us over the years.

I'm a LTH here & am so disgusted by the behaviour of the 2 crooks I've had enough. As most here know I've been wanting them for quite some time. There is now only one thing that will give me pause on the requisition which is if KS is unable to substantiate the claims he's made. If he doesnt/can't then that would make him just as untrustworthy as the current oafs.

I'm not sure why RBD are not updating us but have to assume they're hanging on for the Shell payment & the granting of the Colle Santo permit. Failure to deliver on those means they're out imo.

Smythery Rathlin have done the work.albeit badly to date S&S have no O&G experience as such & were merely analysts in their previous careers. They had a good concept but have proved severely lacking in their decision making.

Why pursue the buyback route as they'll be held in treasury for their lips. They need to release an interview which is plausible but unlikely to sway my vote. To me they're not fit for purpose simple.

Good points Simon. I can only assume KS understands the power of social media better than I do & so regards Heid as a useful tool to get things In the public domain. If he's making unfounded allegations then it'll cost him the vote in the requisition request. Of course its always possible that this is all smoke & mirrors from a deluded Imbecile (Heid) which is a possibility.

Re Daybreak RBD have someone on their Board & perhaps KS has become aware of info at a later date than we should have known, anyone's guess really.

So whilst we wait for Shell we also wait for the mythical final permit for Colle Santo, promised by the end of the year by the 2 crooks.

Simon I get that you're anti KS but we can agree that during the course of the requisition request we should be provided with some interesting information that has been withheld from us to date.

When it comes to KS I'm not sure either but to allow our 2 crooks to continue is not an option for me.

I belive SW to be completely untrustworthy but if Colle Santo doesn't come in they should both be sacked the next day.

In my experience leopards never change their spots.

After the 1st requisition they vowed to engage more closely with shareholders & promptly didn't bother.

At the AGM they came across as not wanting to be there & when questions were asked seemed annoyed they were being questioned.
