I have to admit to reading Heids post on 'x' which makes very sobering assertions. Remember SW said the final permission would be issued before year end. The valuation for LNe seems ridiculous as for the RBD shares being transferred to the Directors of LNe well that's scandalous & surely can't be legal !

Yes the Oza family Habrough the shares & I have little doubt that it's to gain an advantage in the coming vote. We don't know however how many of those shares would have been cast in the ceo's favour anyway as I doubt the MM's have that many in their free float.

It seems to smack of desperation to me & I don't think those of us who want them out should give up just yet.

I agree itsawrap, to me the project makes no financial sense whatsoever & yes they bigger CS up when the announcement was made but that's normal for the pair of crooks.

If our fears are justified it just highlights the lengths they are prepared to gò to to hang on.

Victory was a victory of sorts but at such a low price its a joke. WN is indeed still in play whereas everything else is a smouldering ruin. Our joint ceo's will never be forgiven, by me at least. They're just scumbags.

Simon I have to disagree, when it comes to the business plan they threw that in the bin years ago & the Victory sale proved that their constant referral to NPV10 values was just a lie, as it is for the NS licences we have retained, there seems to be little appetite for anyone to farm in, nor in the case of Rathlin tbh.

Their purchase of Simwell was a basket case which should never have happened just a flagrant waste of shareholder funds. The opportunistic bid for Deltic just showed them up for the clueless amateurs they are. The Italian job has its issues as well.

Re Rathlin it seems to be glaringly obvious that we will need to fund them & as such there will be precious little cash left over for any dividend to shareholders

Re DBR yes a disaster but the 2 crooks should have done their own DD & I await to see what KS has to reveal about that.

I'm not sure that Heid is to be believed about her cosy relationship with KS either.

In short our 2 crooks have been proved to outrageous liars who I detest whilst having their snouts firmly in the trough & fook their shareholders.

To my mind the monies received, whilst welcome, are spoken for. We're going to have to bail Rathlin out so there's still a shortfall of funds right now imo.
