P1DO, most of us thought we wouldn't see a penny by way of a divi. The share buyback is merely putting shares in treasury to be reissued at a later date no doubt. The 2 crooks never had any intention of returning funds to shareholders.

The more I think about it the more incredulous I become about the complete mess the 2 morons have made of this company.

I liked the questions put to the board by the requisitioned. If as I suspect S&S's dd hasn't been thorough it will take some time to respond. If they have been thorough they will be able to respond immediately. Jeez they're so inept & CS seems more of a basket case than ever.

Yes itsawrap it's not gonna be easy to oust them but it's certainly worth a try. More & more shareholders are aware how much they've been lied to & the lengths the 2 scumbags are prepared to go to. CS now appears to be a complete con which has cost us millions.

GET THEM OUT ASAP !
