Am long 30m now. This is going up. That RNS outlined a very grown up deal. I honestly never thought i’d own this again, but the game has changed after that deal. Serious coin from a serious backer at a serious premium to market, with a break clause to boot. I haven’t seen a deal that good on AIM for some time. Game on.

I’m expecting 0.6p in fairly short order, when this thing moves it really moves…

Yep they’re surprisingly good acker. Maybe the share price wants to fill the gap on the chart before moving north. Either way the share price being below where a huge off-taker is prepared to invest £12m is ridiculous.

It’s not a “done deal”, but it’s win, win, win. Either they out £12m in at massive premium, someone else puts in more, or they get £1.2m for nothing. Should go higher today

Say it again. Having been in here years ago and bailing a fairly substantial holding at 0.8p and 0.6p, i thought this thing was toast. I never expected to be buying back into this like i did this morning, but i never expected GR to get a deal as groundbreaking and kosher as the one he’s just got. Extraordinary. Once the traders are cleared this is heading much higher. Big cash injection at massive premium and with a £1.5m break clause, with offtake agreement, mental!

Sorry for jumping on that, but that RNS legitimises a company which for years hasn’t been legitimate.

Price action this morning doesn’t really suggest that does it?

I’ve knocked this company as a sham for years, but last night’s RNS was a game changer. £12m at a 33% premium to mkt level and off take agreement with a serious player in the lith biz.

Acker grow up, how can you say no meaningful impact on share price. Just ridiculous.
