This will have been allocated to the brokers, they count as “institutional investors”. They will sell above re-offer. Stop spreading misinformation.

Yes i thought it would go up further (and ultimately i think it will be worth several x its current level), but then the mkt looked terrible and the fed took the punch bowl away. These are investments not your first born, when they buck up against you, cast them aside.

Btw PRE issued £10m to a blue chip (M&G) at a decent premium. This rag tag bunch just issued at a significant discount to WH Ireland to feed their flipper client base. You do the math…

And for record PRE is a way more legit stock than this will ever be. Just didn’t like the market post the FOMC.

Haha no didn’t. It may have gone down peak to trough but not from where i bought. I kicked it our pretty quickly. I made a little bit, not much granted, but certainly didn’t lose any. Meanwhile this is down 30%!

They haven’t even allocated it to a cornerstone/anchor investor, just given it to wh ireland who will flog it to their clients who will in turn drill the bid any time it gets above re-offer. Imagine 20/21 mkt tomorrow.

And confirms that they view the mkt value of the proportionate EMH holding as more valuable than that extra 7% otherwise they would have sold EMH stake and not diluted the overall SP at 17%.

It’s good this research/understanding the mkt thing isn’t it.

Don’t forget all the other assets - according to some of the really smart researchers on here - are worth billions more…
