Because people don’t read the small print and work oit what’s actually going on. They just see rocket emojis and get suckered in by people talking about “£1 by next week” and “MMs want your shares…mopping up cheap stock from weak holders” etc.

£5m raised - £2m of which paid in fees to the brokers - 40% fees on a capital raise!!

Hundreds of millions of warrants issued at 2p, followed immediately by a 10:1 consolidation without re-striking the warrants!!

If people can’t see those glaring red flags, they shouldn’t be investing. Everything else is just noise, they could be sitting on a billion pound mine, but it’s irrelevant, management and their advisors have shown what they think of shareholders. They will rinse and repeat at the first opportunity. There will always be another fresh-faced baby seal chasing rainbows for them to club.

So to blatant facts you can’t refute them, all you can say is “lol cover pal”. You deserve to lose money.

A) you can’t short AIM stocks unless you are a market maker.

B) why would any sane person cover if they were short FV here is 2p max.

Utter, utter madness what can’t you see about the issue with 40% fees being paid to brokers on a £5m raise and warrants thrown around like confetti at 2p and immediately followed by a 10:1 consolidation not being re-struck? Think about it, it’s a scam.

They would if would have allowed them to knock oit there 2p warrants at at higher price by pulling the wool over the eyes of mug punters.

No, they just look at the ridiculous warrants that the board set themselves up for, the huge amount of them at 2p which weren’t restruck post a 10:1 consolidation, that will be a drag for ages and the fact that they raised £5m and paid away £2m in fees it’s not rocket science. You have to be a self-harmer to get involved now. It’s not deramping, it’s simple reading of chess moves.

Yep agreed kortisin, i was only asking valid questions, wildboar was the only one who tried to give answers. The qatari input is negligible, the laffer connection is material, but it’s not enough to base an investment on. That said it will give it a boost for sure. Bitcoin treasury plays leave me a bit cold currently, due to some ludicrous valuations out there. Laffer a legit guy with known BTC bull views, makes it interesting.

Hence the conclusion - it is a BTC play. Laffer is the only piece of interest here, which no doubt gives it a short term boost.

To say it is a hugh risk high reward gold play is nonsense, nobody even knows the details, I worked it out in about 90 minutes. You have no idea what you own, you will own a maximum of 13% in a loss making aussie “explorer”, the mine has been fully farmed out to them for $1.9m equity in their firm, maybe less depending on how much they skew it to cash.
