Looking at politics programme today and hearing how brexit has impacted businesses in a real world scenario, I l would like to praise Yourgene for pre-empting brexit potential issues. We ensured we had an EU CE-IV certificate to operate post brexit and of course bought our French distributer.
These 2 strategic actions have limited our brexit risk profile.
Can anyone assist in current situation regarding renewal (see excerpt below) so I trust this is done looking at renewal date?
"As part of this transfer, Yourgene has been issued with a renewed CE-IVD Certificate from BSI NL covering the design and manufacture of its IONA(R) test, having been successfully audited against the requirements of the European Union In Vitro Diagnostic Directive (98/79/EC). Under the new EC Certification the Company's CE-IVD mark will be valid until 25 January 2021. "
There. A positive round of applause for past action and a question regarding where this issue is sitting as we see expiry date in less than 2 weeks. No hard brexit in name at least, so where are we?
