If you look at any ANY recent rns. They are mainly good news - apart from the recent Results and core product surprise.

I ask myself....will this rns inspire a rising share price that will be sustained?
Answer is always NO for 2 reasons.
1. This good news is forward looking or delivering and the market simply thinks ok I will wait for actual delivery and I don't have to price it in today.

2. There is not enough detail - numbers, revenue, etc or of insufficient value to force a sustained rise today.
When previous little is clear and well informed we have the current situation.
This imv is why many are surprised at the continuous weak market reaction.

Let's welcome the share price dropping to or below placing price....err that's exactly part of the problem....continual share price weakness derived from a litany of mentioned catalysts.

The groundswell of opinion and dissatisfaction at this game plan to grow the company and egos at the price of capping and containing shareholder value (the share price) is becoming overwhelmingly the group think and concern. Only if our resident comedy legend filters and restricts all our disillusion will this not be very clear to to the BOD by now.

Imv it's time to focus more on shareholders and increasing shareholder value than building a long term empire. Too many impediments and real world hiccups scupper these grand schemes before they are realised.

Let's vote for our BOD to explore a T/O and/or Nasdaq listing at least.

Shareholders want to see shareholder value increased and reflected in share price. Not years of acquisitions, director options, b/e repeatedly delayed and findings. We've already had years of that and I'd came with bravado and litigation.

Return shareholder value and push to increase this effort by securing a T/O at 20p++. Folks are fed up at the constant failure and surprise that our share price never achieves even the lowest goals because we are always handicapping it from acquisitions, placings, fundings, dilution, hiccups, mistakes, litigation, real world event impacts etc.

I don't care if the BOD retrieve their lost credibility after litigation and get their reputations enhanced. I want to finally see a sustained share price rise as the priority now.

One day we will have a whistle blower leak the memo that explains the last year(s)!

"Please ensure all communications to shareholders and the market are circumspect and as vague as reporting rules allow. At no times should solid number be volunteered and every effort should be made to delay publication and confuse rather than be explicit or informative"

What can one do but laugh along with this m.o. and at our comedy legend who can't see ANY reason to even give credence to the flaming obvious reporting and information deficits.

he very bed t way to get new buyers to create the demand is to push and promote the news rns and give detail. How can the share price progress if we have the rule of under promise and over deliver but the reality is we write it like we stick to the promise not the delivery.

I feel your pain. Unfortunately the reduced volume you seek requires cooperman to stop antagonizing and being a general d1ck. he has helped perpetuate a continuous discussion with his attitude and willingness to go to excessive actions thus alienating a fair number of people who can see a real issue that is glaring in its consistency and damage to our share price.
Inv it's not a few here moaning that does the real damage. It's time and again being unimpressed with the content and delay of news.

When is our quarterly covid test update due?
How many tests have we processed in any time period this last 9 months in which we should have had 2 quarterly updates. We're not shouting about it we are hiding from it!

That's what pervades our rns for year(s). I got completely fed up with what's well known to be AR's keyboard. The one without numbers. That's a TW oft repeated line. I wonder why he thinks that!

Was a time when I and possibly 1 or 2 others at most could see how the identified areas of concern were going to play out if it continued. I pointed it out and confess I went on a bit. I got grief though cooperman went extreme! Now I expect only Cooperman is fully satisfied and he'll go to great lengths to defend his viewpoint.

Just as soon as concerns are addressed I'm sure we will all be much happier and post likewise.

If cooperman didn't go to extremes, make sweeping assumptions which are usually wrong and swoon over every aspect like a teenager in love prepared to attack every post not in line then perhaps he'd have more credibility.

That's what I find unforgivable. I can't speak lowly enough about him but he will jump all over anyone that thinks there's areas needing improvement such as promoting and giving detail/figures. Perhaps he could answer my post about the woeful covid testing reporting. I don't see how any investor can feel informed throughout our various efforts from Novacyte to quarterly updates due heaven knows when because nobody can be sure exactly when we got the last one! Tests completed to {date} would 've a revelation let alone revenue specifics!

A prize example is our covid test newsflow around what we have actually done - tests numbers performed etc. It started out the way it continued with numbers and details expected from our Novacyte partnership. We then moved on without a word on that to our own test and told no more of a regular update than quarterly. We don't have a clue when our quarterly update is due a s it's debatable when w r had our last one which whenever it was didn't give us much to go on and this is nearly a year in the making. It's not promoting or informing to the degree it should. It's lacklustre. Aimho

I'm concluding ( tongue in cheek) that most companies promote and seek actively to enhance shareholder value. We don't go above and beyond in this regard do we!

Why? It's been consistent and noticed by more than just your detractors. It includes natdan, JAdams etc.

The BOD are crap at PR etc and/or want to rescue their reputations and laying low perhaps with T/O rumours or approach.

I am dumbfounded but unlike you I see this lack of supplying numbers and detail with delays and disappointing expectations as suspicious and real.
