I wouldn't want to go through all the hassle and cost. For a family it would be VERY expensive and inconvenient for a couple of weeks in the sun. Accept others may rush to go. I think borders will be one of the priority areas that are most deregulated and enforced all year. We can't open them and import variants. I don't think there will be a big increase of traffic this year, but I could be wrong as its just my guess at publics actions even if borders opened. Aimho

Although our testing volumes were hit hard in 3rd lockdown so we went lower than we had been. We needed to rise to return to previous testing numbers before we can begin to increase to new capacity.

I don't think most folks will choose a foreign holiday this year in practice. Too costly with all the testing and too awkward plus a lot of fear regarding rule changes and variants abroad.

Personally for this year I think 200,000 would be the maximum. We should get a figure for what it has been this last 3 months on average and double that. Perhaps a few hundred. I hope I am way off but I don't see very many travelling abroad this year at all.

4m at full capacity but overseas holidays will be a fraction of that this year. Borders will be one of the last things to go back to normal for fear of import of variants and most people will be put off a foreign holiday and have a uk vacation. Cost will put most off this year anyway imv.
So a fraction of that 4 m into 2022 and if it was a better prospect the market would have told us today.

I too finally think it's looking like we are on the cusp of real material news which could be a game changer for our share price. The great news is if this wasn't advertised by Dan then we could have seen it underplayed and a weaker share price response, but it has been given a loudspeaker by Dan. That may well prove a material difference that helps elevate a consistent market reaction. Someone to promote and play up our news at last. Perhaps our BOD will take notice and supply enough detail and numbers in RNS when it comes and for a change.

Yup, all valid and historical if we have turned a corner as recent presentation and Dan's news has changed sentiment, but why not complain about it and then repeat it for anyone who hasn't tracked back huh. Pmsl

Judt a thought.....What's the betting that when we actually issue the news having run up in anticipation, we will typically underwhelm with underplaying and lack of detail and numbers and share price will retrace on actual news day! Probably quite likely.
