Anybody else notice JP is now sole director of this company. Isn’t this the company whom ascent have been buying Cuban assets from?

Actually Kashdog, both rns WERE released on 14th April For all to see (my last correction email stating 24th April was wrong and therefore redundant).
If you need help finding the 2 rns I can point you in the right direction (I’ll give you a clue...they don’t appear on London south east!)
So my question is how did you know the asset was Cuba on the 24th March when it wasn’t released until 14th April?

Sorry kashdog, I had made a typo, the 2 rns were released on 24th April 2020 not 14th April 2020. 1 rns outlined withdrawal of LOI, second RNS entry into Cuba and JB standing down (both released at 07.00).
Your saying that the RNS on 24th March mentioned ‘CUBA’? I have read that rns and it does not mention ‘Cuba’ at all, only a Hispanic Caribbean entry. The first time Cuba was named was 24th April 2020. I’m interested how you knew the asset was Cuba a month before it was announced to the market on 24th April 2020?

Kenj, a Letter of Intent is very specific document and very different to a conversation with a couple of lawyers. I very much doubt the BOD or nomad would allow the release of a fake rns which ramps the Share price.

Kashdog, both rns were released at exactly 07.00 on 14th April 2020. That information is available for everyone to see.

Kash, maybe you aren’t aware, but issuing a LOI is by no means at all ‘an early stage’. The litigation fund will most likely have done months of due diligence before getting to that stage. The litigation fund had committed to Ascent by the way of LOI.
From the timeline, the litigation funder pulled out within 8 working hours of issuing the LOI without a given reason. Then, at the exact same time of the board announcing the litigation funder pulled out they announce a brand new asset In Cuba.

Kash, do you honestly believe a litigation funder would do in-depth due diligence on a very large potential claim, issue a LOI and withdraw it within hours! In the ligation finance world this is completely unheard of! Interested to hear why people think the LOI was pulled so quickly?
