15.31 The bod anticipate ratification by Q2, their words not mine. I am saying, I can’t find any legal timeframe for the comptroller to ratify (unless I am mistaken). I was asking if you had any further information based on your comment, which it doesn’t appear you do.

15.05. How do you know we are close to the finish line of ratification? Has someone at the ministry or CTL confirmed that? My understanding is Q2 but can take as long as it takes depending on comptroller workload etc.

I’m sure they said Q2 for ratification and several weeks left of Q2. Also, it was reported that 10 Ceols are currently queued up for ratification…we don’t know where CTL are in queue.

If the 5th Jan is excluded, then 45 working days passed today. 46th working day tomorrow

6th-9th Jan (4 working days)

12th-16 Jan (5 working days)

19th -23rd Jan (5 working days)

26th - 30th Jan (5 working days)

2nd-6th Feb (5 working days)

9th - 13th Feb (5 working days)

16th - 20th Feb (5 working days)

23rd - 27th Feb (5 working days)

I don’t think you won’t be buying anywhere near the 8’s if CTL is admitted into the CEOL fast track process!! Whilst the risk exists the price will be cheap. CEOL massively derisks this project.

I think most people following acuity know Angus mostly talks rubbish and is fairly delusional on company progress. Feel for the Ridgecrest investors. They have moved from one disaster to another!
