I can't get too excited about Gold or Silver for the simple fact that we will probably have to wait about 2-3 years for anything to happen.

So what does this one mean for us luddites? Is that a further dilution?

There would be something wrong if it wasn't at least double that by the end of the year.

Reading through that SVS securities report on the website that talk about the potential outputs from the mines and yet still only arrive at a value of the business of £8m even factoring these in. Thats way below what some have been talking about on here, they value the sale price of the rocks in the ground at $145m with a 30% profit on that, didnt someone on here say it would be more like £1bn with in the ground at sale price?

I don't think there is any momentum, not as far as the markets are concerned.

It also says this "could rise sharply as outstanding risk factors reduce".

It doesn't seem like much news at all? Peterhouse have been there since November last year so nothing really that new?

Some really big sales today, that won't have helped the price.

The potential here does seem madly good but it is annoying that the market doesn't seem to recognise it yet. I suppose that's the problem with being a small AIM listed company, the market is not going to follow it to the level we do and just won't pick up on it until there are firm orders and forecasts that will lay out what the returns are going to be.

I do hope that they get on with it, they have previously given the impression that they are way down the line. Maybe there is some truth to this 30 day appeals window holding things up.

For a buy out it would be multiples of 0.30 or 0.40p.

The Current Mcap with the share price at 0.19 is £6m. Just looking at the amounts of materials the permit allows and then considering the other sites too you would think its not beyond the realms to say that x10 that mcap is very conservative.

But they wouldn't be able to take this over for anything like the current mcap?

If the board sold this for an amount that a mining company could get pay back within 12 months then I would be calling for criminal charges.

It says there that they have two MOU's signed for off take agreements.

Another barnstormer of a day with the SP closing down on where it opened!

A market cap of £6m for a company with a permit to mine the volumes sres has permission for doesn't feel like its been properly priced in, that would be insanely cheap.

SP was 0.175 on the morning of the permit being announced and is now 0.20.

Not as good as it should be.

I would be happy with 0.25 right now.

It does look like this share price is not going to do anything until these deals so fingers crossed they get a move on. The price has dipped below its opening price now so it definitely seems as if the market are not interested in any kind of proper rating just based on the permit.

I would hope a lot higher than that, this is crazy undervalued even now let alone once deals come in.

I cant get a buy on anything above £150 at the moment.
